My stepmother recently became a client with Amada, and I couldn't be happier with their service! Although I knew she had long-term care insurance, I wasn't sure how to proceed. Len, the owner, proved to be an expert, guiding me through the process and providing all the necessary information to start her care. Amada's services have been a remarkable support for my aunt over the past few years. Diagnosed with severe Alzheimer's at a relatively young age, she needed constant care. The team from Amada was exceptional, treating her with the warmth and kindness of family. Sadly, she passed away the day after Christmas, and Amada promptly reached out to offer their condolences to my family and me. They even sent a thoughtful gift and a card signed by the entire office. Their genuine care and compassion have deeply touched me.

I’m very happy with the service provided by Amada. I live out of state due to work, while my parents are in Birmingham. After my father experienced a serious fall and needed hip replacement surgery, my mother required help taking care of him as his mobility was greatly reduced. I was initially uneasy about bringing strangers into their home but wanted to avoid assisted living for them. Reaching out to Amada, I found their explanation of the process and next steps to be very detailed. I was also impressed that the company owner took the time to meet with my parents and me. A follow-up from their Client Care Manager further reassured me. It's evident they truly care about my parents' well-being.

My parents were initially anxious about welcoming new caregivers and were quite particular with the first few. However, Amada was exceptionally understanding and found a match who my parents now completely trust and cherish. She is incredibly patient, diligent, always punctual, and I couldn't ask for a better person to assist with their care. I highly recommend Amada!

Amada Senior Care has been a lifesaver during challenging times! In addition, the office admin staff has been wonderful in regards to troubleshooting and problem-solving -- whether our family needed to add a last-minute shift or reach out to the insurance company, etc. The Amada caregivers have been incredibly dedicated and even became like members of our family because of their compassion. Many times, they have been the only people could calm Mom down. In adjusting to a new normal, we are very grateful.

My dad was being released from rehab and couldn't go home without home care being in place, so I needed an in-home caregiver for him on very short notice. From my first call to Amada, the care coordination staff understood what was needed. The owner, Len, even came to the rehab facility to explain the process and the types of home care that can be provided. A couple days later, my dad went home with a caregiving team in place. Dad is getting stronger and I don't have to worry about that he's not receiving meals, taking his prescribed medication on time, or is in danger of falling. My wife and I are beyond thankful for the exceptional care that Amada Senior Care provides.
