My experience wasn’t what I would’ve hoped. I was quoted that their flat rate was $27-29 dollars an hour and that was just very disheartening to hear when most working average working Americans are barely making $25 in this economy. I just wanted help for my mom and simply just can’t afford it. Not to mention their was no one at the Homewood location and the office hours aren’t on the door. Google has the address to that location without the operation hours. But 24/7 care line which is conflicting information.
Everyone is very nice and polite. They are willing to work with you. I love working with Amada Senior Care.

The client care manager came out to talk to me on the first visit to see what type of caregiver I needed and the next caregiver was a perfect fit. We have been going strong for 7 months. I had the pleasure of speaking with the clients care manager (shuntel) and she was able to answer every question me and my wife had. We weren’t put on hold or anything. Amazing ! They are also 24/7 so you can literally call them at anytime. After speaking with Shuntel she got us signed up and handed us over to their Amazing scheduling manager Tamaya. She stays on top of every change that needs to be made and gives us the most on point updates without us even asking! If you’re looking for a caregiving agency that feels like family? Go with them! They are professionals and will hold your hand along the whole process.
Me and my mom absolutely love Amada! The customer service we got from the office was so heartfelt and warm. I specifically spoke with Tamaya in scheduling. She was able to answer all of my many questions with joy. She sounded extremely excited to help us out with my mom’s schedule.
