Meet Our Team of Senior Care Professionals

Executive Team

Greg Getchell  |  Owner

As a small business owner, I care personally about each of our clients and am deeply invested in the Twin Cities senior community. I prioritize finding ways to help anyone who reaches out to me, whether it is connecting a family with our exceptional staff for in-home care, helping a senior understand their long-term care policy, advocating for veterans who qualify for VA in-home care benefits, or referring a family to another service or agency better suited to their needs. Your well-being is my top priority, and I am committed to treating you with the utmost attention and respect.

Kay O. | Director of Home Care

I provide clients and families with dedicated and fully prepared staff to support their needs. It brings me great joy when anybody on our Amada team becomes “part of the family” or can help our clientele in any way. Valuing honesty, openness, and constructive feedback, I support others to achieve positive outcomes. I am grateful to be serving others.

Nursing Staff

Our nurses work alongside our office team and caregivers to assess client needs, providing a personalized plan of care.  They train and supervise our caregivers to assure quality and safety. As a comprehensive licensed home care agency, our nurses can also provide medication management and oversee more complex care needs.

Jodi B., RN  |  Nursing Staff

I have 25 years of nursing experience, specializing in hospice palliative care. I love working in the home care setting and consider it an honor to advocate for those who choose in-home care.

Andrea Y.,
LPN  |  Nursing Staff

I have been an LPN for 26 years. I love working with all the staff and clients at Amada and my flexible schedule.

Tamara C., RN | Nursing Staff

My 14-year healthcare career includes experience in a skilled nursing home, assisted living memory care, pediatric care focused on fragile children and hospice. In addition to my role with Amada, I also currently work in a hospital.

Administrative Staff

The members of our professional administrative staff play critical roles in overseeing the operations of Amada Senior Care. They ensure that high-quality care is delivered to our senior clients in the comfort of their own homes and perform diverse tasks that satisfy the unique needs of our clients and their families. Working closely with the Franchise Owner and the Director of Home Care, the admin team plans, implements and evaluates Amada Twin Cities’ caregiving services.

Melissa S.  |  Lead Scheduler

I arrange and coordinate client care services to help seniors maintain their independence. With 27 years in senior care and four years of scheduling experience, I prioritize creating deep and meaningful relationships with seniors.  Through consistent client communication, I develop bonds built on trust, compassion and understanding.

Ester G.  |  Weekend Scheduler

Life happens – not always during the 8-5 work week. When you call Amada, a real person answers. Typically, on the weekends Ester answers the phone, helping address client care concerns and scheduling needs.

Candice W.  |  Lead Recruiter

Recruiting caregivers brings me great joy. With confidence, I select experienced caregivers who provide exceptional care to our clients. Our mission of enriching the lives of seniors resonates with me.  I like making a meaningful difference in the lives of others, and I am grateful for the privilege to love what I do each day.

Patty T.  |  Community Liaison

I act as a liaison between Amada and our community, seeking opportunities to advocate for senior issues and provide education on the benefits of in-home care. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with seniors in various settings including hospitals, long-term care facilities, and home care.  I believe that every senior deserves compassionate care and support as they navigate this stage in life. I help care for my mom and was the primary caregiver for two of my aunties. It is an honor to be there for loved ones in need.

Jes C.  |  Northeast Client Care Coordinator

As the coordinator of all client care aspects at our satellite office in White Bear Lake, Minnesota, I’m deeply committed to serving the elderly community.  My passion for making a difference in their lives drives me each day. Whether it’s providing hands-on caregiving or managing administrative tasks, I approach my role with care to ensure I am a trusted and reliable support to both clients and their families.

Marlene E.  |  Southwest Client Care Coordinator

Caring for my parents in their 90s was both fulfilling and challenging. I learned firsthand that preserving dignity, self-esteem and feelings of independence are as vital as regular healthcare appointments and prescribed medication. Amada Senior Care excels in supporting clients who wish to age at home while addressing the concerns of families who want their loved one to maintain their autonomy safely. I am honored to represent Amada Senior Care and our compassionate and caring mission and values as Southwest Client Care Coordinator in our satellite Burnsville office.

Joyce Getchell  |  Billing Manager

I streamline the billing process for our clients, making it as effortless as possible. This includes managing long-term care insurance reporting to alleviate paperwork burdens.  With 20 years of experience in business and non-profit administration I bring a wealth of expertise to our operations.
