Caroline is also a strong communicator and a dependable member of our team. She is flexible, responsive, and always focused on doing what is best for the client. Her professionalism and follow-through bring peace of mind to the families she serves.

Caroline’s journey in caregiving began in 2009. What started as PCA work for extra income quickly became something more meaningful. In 2012, she earned her CNA certification and set her sights on becoming a nurse. Today, with nearly seventeen years of experience in healthcare, she continues to grow in her passion for caring for others.

She shares, “Being a caregiver is not just about getting through daily tasks. What truly makes my work fulfilling is helping people feel secure, stay independent, and hold onto their personal spark. I love building connections and finding ways to brighten someone’s day while providing comfort and reliable support.”
