What Is the VA Community Care Network?

The VA Community Care Network (CCN) connects eligible Veterans with approved care providers in their local communities. When the VA authorizes community care, Veterans can receive approved services from providers like Amada while remaining connected to the VA.

Who May Qualify?

Veterans who are enrolled in VA health care may qualify for community-based services based on their individual needs and circumstances. VA eligibility, referrals, and authorization are determined by the VA.
