Working with Amada has been life changing for myself and my family.. I prior experience taking care of my Grandmother but Amada has given me so much opportunity to not only fulfill my Dream Job but also allows plenty of room for advancement and opportunities.. I am beyond grateful to this company . The owners not only care about the clients they truly care about their staff as well. I have never worked for a company that actually goes the extra mile.. you are not just a client or employee you are family at Amada
In almost a year of service we’ve come to think of Amada as family. They are always working with us to make sure we have the best fit as our care needs evolve. They are always flexible when we have short notice need or adjustments beyond our usual coverage times. Highly recommended
Working at Amada Senior Care is rewarding - twofold. 1. From support staff to Executive Director, everyone is compassionate and caring from training to scheduling. I’ve never worked in such a supportive work environment. The gratitude shown by Peter, Sara and the rest of the team is heartwarming. 2. Being a care giver is most rewarding, especially getting to know the client, their families, etc. Our presence truly does make a difference, whether it’s a busy full day or just sitting with them and listening. This job has opened doors for me that I didn’t know existed and I am grateful.
I have been in and out of the nursing profession for about 35 years. Now that I am retired I thought I would try home care. The first company I tried was not very good. Then I tried Amanda. The communication and support from staff is excellent. There support made me a success with my client and the family very happy. When am sent into small towns I feel safe knowing I am not alone., the staff is always a phone call away. Sometimes I need to head go out side to connect but when I do they always answer. This is an amazing staff.
I came to Amada just over a year ago and it was the best decision I could have made. The compassion and support I have received as an employee are untouchable. I am not just seen as an employee rather as a person and everything that comes with me. The agency treats their employees like family and provides a higher level of support that I’ve had from any other agency.
Kind and understanding staff that continue to go above and beyond even years later. It's not just a job for them.
We looked at a number of places and once your company came to meet with us, we chose your company for in home services over a facility. The caregiver assigned to my mom was awesome and my mom was extremely fond of her! My mom had a good life and I am so thankful for Amada for making her so comfortable. Everyone was so professional and caring!
I am extremely impressed after working for Amada Senior Care for several months. From the start, I felt like I am a part of the team. The staff is super supportive and communication is easy. As for the clients that I care for, they always have good things to say about Amada. I'm happy to recommend Amada Senior Care for employment and for the best home care!
What can I say? The care and compassion were outstanding for my mom! The girls who came were loving, compassionate, helpful and attentive and also funny!!!! I loved their senses of humor and it really helped when Mom's health went downhill. One caregiver was here the morning that Mom passed and she washed her face and brushed her hair before my siblings got here. And the other caregiver came with a bouquet of flowers and tears. They were family when they started and they're still family!
OMG! The people from Amada Senior Care are second to none! They are fun, professional, compassionate, positive, they go the extra mile, after mile, after mile.....they understand that care giving is not a cookie cutter job. They will, and do, find the right person for you and your loved ones. My mom went from having care givers to having the care givers and hospice. One care giver, Jamie, was here when Mom passed. She got Mom all cleaned up and hair brushed for when my siblings got here. My sister called the other care giver, Samantha, and she came down also. With flowers and tears. ...I honestly cannot say how much I love these people. In such a trying time, they made life so much easier and they even made Mom's passing a beautiful part of life's process. I already have them in line for when I need help with my dad.
