We had a really good experience with Amada helping at my parents house while they were in Tampa. They are snowbirds so we are not with them when theyre in Florida which can be stressful but this honestly made things alot easier for us The two ladies that took care of them were always on time and just really kind people. They actually took time to get to know them not just come in and do a job, you could tell they really care and treated people with compassion and dignity which meant alot to us. We had tried two other agencies before and didnt have great experiences, so we were a bit hesitant. I am so thankful that my husband’s case manager recommended Amada Senior Care, North Tampa office… She knew the owner, Saad Yehia, was knowledgeable in dealing with long term care companies. This was the beginning of my journey as a caregiver for my husband & I knew little regarding how to access long term care benefits in the home, from a policy we had been paying into since 2008! The time had come to tap into those needed benefits. But the process seemed daunting. With Saad’s education regarding the process, support & encouragement,, my husband was soon approved/deemed eligible for long term care benefits in the home and Amada Senior Care has been providing him with excellent care. Also, Our LTC company is known for being particular about agency approval, but the LTC company told us they were well acquainted with Amada and often shared clients. So, agency approval was never an issue.

My caregiver had earned her LPN and working on her RN…I had been out of the hospital about a month when found this agency so I was recovering nicely.. I reached out to Amada Senior Care with an urgent need, and they were compassionate and professional, and quickly got me the help that I needed.
