Whereas the responses of other senior care businesses were often curt and gave me the impression that they were too busy to answer questions that directly related to the health and well-being of my loved ones, personnel from Amada Senior Care took the time to discuss my parents’ situation, asked intelligent questions, and gave compassionate responses that showed me that they understood the unique needs of my parents, that they truly cared about my parents’ well-being, and that Amada was a well-organized and professional operation that could actually provide the services that it promised. My mom has been using them for several years and they have always been on point and she has the same ladies she’s had from the start which is a plus! They truly care and give her rides to the doctor as well as listen and write down what the doctor says so they can relay it to my brother and I who live in other states.
