I live in South Carolina and my mother lives in Jacksonville, Florida. She was beginning to need some home healthcare and Tom and Veronika from Amada Senior Care met with my mother. She had already cancelled her long-term healthcare policy because she didn’t think that she could afford the 90-day elimination period. They filled out the paperwork and worked with the long-term healthcare company and were able to get her policy reinstated. We have a wonderful lady, Joanne, that comes to my mother’s home to help her. She has only been coming for a month, but she is doing an awesome job with her and my mother loves her as if they have known each other for years! Veronika also recommended and helped my mother get into a skilled nursing rehab facility after she had to go into the hospital for a few days. It is a wonderful facility. Veronika was home on Labor Day and we must have spoken over the phone 6 or 7 times that day. Tom and Veronika have been a God send! I didn’t know anything about home healthcare, skilled nursing, etc. and they were able to recommend and facilitate everything for me. They also recommended someone who could install grab bars and handrails in my mother’s home. They were such a big help, and I could never thank them enough for what they have done for my mother!
