This prestigious designation is reserved for healthcare organizations that demonstrate continuous compliance with The Joint Commission’s rigorous performance standards.

The accreditation process included a comprehensive, unannounced onsite review, during which a team of expert Joint Commission surveyors assessed the organization’s adherence to home care standards in emergency management, infection prevention and control, leadership, medication management, patient rights, and overall environment of care. The evaluation process also included onsite observations and interviews to ensure best practices are being upheld.
