James serves as President of Amada Senior Care, bringing over 14 years of dedicated experience in senior care. He oversees operations across the PNW region, ensuring high standards of compassion, professionalism, and quality care.

Lakeyn Thomas | Administrator/Care Manager
Lakeyn helps oversee client care, coordinates with caregivers to ensure services are delivered properly, and helps run client assessments to evaluate care needs and update care plans as needed, while also supporting HR-related concerns and caregiver guidance.

Karla Marcheselli | Recruiter
Karla works directly with new hires throughout the onboarding process. Once a new employee has completed the onboarding process, she will connect them to the Care Manager and Scheduler.

Camarin Kadekawa | Billing & Payroll Specialist
Camarin handles both client billing and employee pay processes. She creates and sends invoices, and ensures billing, often tied to caregiver hours and insurance claims, is accurate. She also processes payroll, making sure caregivers are paid correctly and on time.

Aeja Upchurch | Scheduler
Aeja is responsible for coordinating caregiver schedules to ensure clients receive consistent, reliable care. This role involves matching caregivers with clients based on skills, availability, and compatibility, while maintaining coverage for all shifts. Aeja communicates daily with caregivers, clients, and office staff to handle schedule changes, call-outs, and urgent needs.

Debra Reynolds | Field Supervisor
Debra provides on-site support, monitors caregiver performance, addresses client concerns promptly, and fosters strong, trusting relationships to enhance the overall client experience.
