Amada Senior Care Phoenix West Valley
Chris and Melissa Carlson, owners of Amada Senior Care Phoenix West Valley, have made it their personal mission to provide the highest quality in-home senior care and assist families in managing care needs for their senior loved ones. This means finding the best caregiving options to meet the unique needs of seniors aging in place and living their best life. Our hands-on care process involves visiting the senior client at home, getting to know their needs and desires, assessing their home environment, and then preparing an individual care plan that is ideally suited to the senior’s individual situation.
Chris and Melissa have both experienced the challenges that often come up in providing home care for an aging family member—among them finding kind and compassionate caregivers dedicated to meeting the daily needs of an elderly loved one. As a husband-and-wife team, the Carlsons also truly understand the worries of family members who live far from their beloved elders. That’s why they develop an at-home care management plan that involves not just the senior client but the entire family and regularly informs family members about the quality care and companionship being provided to their aging loved one.
Knowing that one of the many concerns families express is how to cover the cost of in-home care for their senior loved one, Chris and Melissa provide their Long-Term Care insurance expertise to help seniors and their families understand their policies. They are happy to serve as personal senior care advocates and guide policyholders in navigating the complexities of completing LTCi claim forms and getting quality senior care as quickly as possible. This process starts with a complimentary policy review to verify benefits and continues filing paperwork and managing claims, taking this burden off families so that they can enjoy precious time with their elderly loved ones.
Chris and Melissa, along with the entire caregiving team at Amada Senior Care Phoenix West Valley, are here to help members of our valued senior population continue living a comfortable, healthy and joyful life wherever they call home, be it the family home, an apartment or condominium, an assisted living community or other senior residential community. Count on the expert senior care advisors at Amada Phoenix West Valley to guide you on the senior care journey with limitless amounts of compassion, patience and friendship.

Amada Senior Care is a great company with genuinely caring people!
This is an emotional decision for everyone involved, and our goal at Amada Senior Care in Phoenix West Valley is to guide families through the placement process with wisdom, empathy and competence.
For some seniors, an assisted living community, typically offering non-complex medical services, may be a good fit. Others may require a bit more support and may be better served in a nursing home or different type of care community.
The team at Amada Senior Care Phoenix West Valley has years of experience with senior care in Anthem, El Mirage, Glendale, New River, North Phoenix, Peoria, Sun City, Sun City West, Surprise, West Phoenix, West Valley, and Youngtown. As a result, we have deep knowledge of all local care communities and can make sure our clients find the ideal placement to suit their care needs, locations, lifestyles, and budgets.
We also rely on our extensive experience to help our clients make full use of all benefits available to them, including veterans’ benefits and Long-Term Care Insurance benefits. The costs of assisted living may intimidate many families, but we can help them make financial decisions with confidence. To further ease cost concerns, the Amada Phoenix West Valley team is pleased to offer its placement services free of charge.
When in-home care is no longer ideal for our clients, we are honored to guide them through this next phase. Our specialty is referring seniors to the right community or placement for them, which may include:
- Assisted living communities
- Large and small communities
- Independent living communities
- Board and care homes
- Adult family homes
- Senior care homes
- Skilled nursing facilities
- Alzheimer/dementia communities
Many of our veterans, their spouses and their families may not be aware of their potential eligibility for financial assistance from the government. At Amada Senior Care Phoenix West Valley, we are dedicated to helping individuals eligible for VA Aid and Attendance benefits and other forms of financial support take full advantage of these resources.
