⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ There simply aren’t enough words to express how grateful I am for Noel and the exceptional care and guidance he provided our family. When my dad was in the hospital, I felt completely overwhelmed and had no idea how to navigate the world of home health care. From the moment I met Noel, everything changed. He came to the hospital to meet with us, took the time to listen, answered every question with patience and compassion, and walked us through every step of the process. What makes Noel truly extraordinary isn’t just his knowledge – it’s the way he genuinely cares. His warmth, kindness, and calm demeanor immediately put us at ease. You never feel like you’re just another client. He treats you like family and is deeply invested in making sure your loved one receives the best possible care. During one of the most stressful times in our lives, Noel became someone we could truly rely on. His guidance gave us confidence, his compassion gave us comfort, and his professionalism was second to none. If you’re looking for someone who will go above and beyond, advocate for your loved one, and make an incredibly difficult process feel manageable, look no further than Noel at Amanda Senior Care. He is a rare gem, and I recommend him without hesitation. Look no further. We will always be grateful for everything he did for our family. With gratitude Gina DeVito

Femi was a kind, gentle, with sunny disposition as she went about all the tasks needed to be done for me after fractured hip surgery. She thought about new care and safety tasks to keep herself busy and needed no prompting after shown once and continued whenever she came back. Almost finished with her schooling she will be a great asset to whatever role she takes in the healthcare industry. She currently works for Amada care

Amada Senior Care has provided my parents with complete and professional care. Our family is appreciative of the level of care, attentiveness and connection our parents receive. Our rotating caregivers, Christian, Topanga, Jasmine, Abraham and Jose have given our family so much by connecting and caring for mom & dad! Amada is always available to discuss our needs and answer questions. Highly recommend! With care becoming more intricate and always changing I felt compelled to add on to my last review. My parents’ caregivers have stepped up to their changing needs and follow procedures wholeheartedly. They are gentle and kind and quick thinkers prepared for each day! Thank you Topanga, Jackie, Craig, Natalia and Tessa for being amazing caregivers and serving my parents and their needs with dignity and grace!

I want to thank Amada for all their kindness and services, they are the best company I have ever had. Their caregivers are some of the best especially want to recognize Patty and Cecelia. They did a great job without being reminded or told, you could tell they were qualified and well trained. Their services were truly needed and appreciated!

×

Aidan and his amazing scheduling team provided caregivers for my very sick Aunt. They were flexible with all of our changes and were a huge emotional support to me and my family. They also helped us navigate her Long Term Care Insurance. Great family operation!

×

Wish they didn’t charge so much. I don’t appreciate quibbling about one lousy half hour charge because my caregiver had a short absence due to car problems. Initially they sent horrible caregivers. I was verbally abused, argued with and felt training was lacking. Took a long time to get a decent caregiver only to lose two good ones as they resigned, fed up with schedulers. Now I have a good one and I am afraid I will lose her. They need to sign off on gait belts, CPR , first aid and customer communication. They threw my flatware away, spoke rudely and had zero skills. Who is screening? Seems they just want a warm body. They need to demand professionalism and courtesy from their applicants.

My caregiver, Sierra Kelly is so wonderful. She thinks of things that will help me that add to my daily life and independence. Recently I needed her to come help me on a day that she wasn’t scheduled to work, after working for me the day before until 8pm. She was happy to meet at the ER at Marin Health and take me home and care for me. I’m so grateful that she’s my caregiver.

My elderly mother fell in July 2025 and seriously injured her right leg. After 5 weeks of rehabilitation at a local SNF/Rehab Center she was more than ready to come home to continue to heal. However, she would need 100% assistance for all her care needs (from being 100% independent prior to the fall). That’s where Amada Senior Care came in. I was presented with several options for private in home care from the rehab facility and I am very glad I chose Amada. From the initial meeting with their senior advisor, Aidan Lynch, to setting up care, to working with me once care was no longer needed, I have to say this is a “top shelf” organization. The caregivers were very professional, extremely compassionate, and appear to really take their job seriously. Many times I was asked by a caregiver if there was anything else they could do to help (such as vacuum, wash clothes, tidy the kitchen, etc). There were a couple of “bumps in the road” but they were ALWAYS taken care of by the staff at Amada which to me demonstrates the dedication their team has in providing quality care to their clients. If I had the need again for in home care I definitely would choose Amada.

I’d like to give a shout out to two wonderful caregivers, Heeja and Rachel. Both of these women are professional, capable and caring. They’ve made my mother’s (Sharon Elsberry) experience of healing and recovery the best it could possibly be. My mom feels safe and really cared for by both of them. Thank you to Heeja and Rachel. They both deserve great recognition!

We had wonderful service from Amada. The home Care people and any phone contact from them were excellent. And we’d like to point out that one home care woman, Alexah, was super excellent. I especially want to praise Aidan. He was always patient, diplomatic, full of information, reassuring, and kind.

Great communication. Melinda and Bola were fantastic with my uncle. He grew a great bond with both of them. Would highly recommend.

My husband just went on Hospice so we utilized Amada Senior Care for his first week of caregiving. We will continue to use them with the help of the VA as the quality of every caregiver was outstanding! Jorge came twice and gave warm care with a willingness to cook, clean, and offered the suggestion of a baby monitor to keep track of my husband sleeping. Jorge also helped me get Christmas decorations down…a big job. He was gentle and well liked by my husband. Fernando was very pro-active by giving my husband light exercises, bathing help, and gently helping where needed. He’s low key but a pleasure to work with. Cheyenne came all night and was upbeat but appropriate. Very pleasant and so willing to help. My husband enjoyed her energy. My husband didn’t wake up much so she kept track of him with our monitor. Heather had a lot of caregiving experience and showed us new, practical ways of doing things. She’s very friendly with a can do attitude. She was excellent as well. Amelia is so willing to help my husband or to help me. She’s experienced and shows she loves to help. She is a quieter caregiver but quick to offer help to my husband or me. She is great at cleaning things up too. Everyone of these caregivers were great! Amada is a great organization!

We had such a good experience with Amada senior care. It’s obvious that this company cares about their mission. When my uncle got out of the hospital after surgery we had no idea how to help him get back to health, but Amada answered all our questions and made things as easy as they could be, considering everything. I can’t recommend them highly enough! Total pros

Our team in San Rafael builds personalized care plans around each senior’s actual likes and needs, including meal preparation, medication management, transportation, and more. Through it all, we aim to protect what matters most, a loved one’s independence and joy, along with the comfort of home.

Angela shares this story: “Recently, my grandparents reached a point where they needed help with meals, transportation, and hygiene. We all tried to pitch in at first, but it became clear our busy schedules couldn’t give them the level of care they deserved. So we went looking for a caregiving service we could really trust.
