Tangela is fantastic! Unfortunately, the first caregiver had some personal issues, but Amada handled it. They always wanted to make sure I was happy. They care about their clients!

In December 2025 my parents ages 92 and 93 and our family all met with Jeremy and Lori from Amada to review my parent’s long-term health insurance policy, to understand what type of coverage they had and how to utilize the policy. Jeremy and Lori were extremely knowledgeable. They also did a terrific job explaining what types of services Amada can provide my parents in their home. They were both so helpful, kind and easy to talk to. We will definitely be moving forward to utilizing their team in the future.

Lorraine is perfect, she’s really good and I don’t want anyone else! She helps me with everything! She makes coffee, breakfast, does the laundry, helps me with showers and dressing! I’d be lost without Amada.

I’m very satisfied with my caregivers showing up on time and knowing what to do by following my care plan. Denise is great and Natali is too. Madeline was very pleasant when she called to introduce herself. I appreciate Amanda’s help managing my long term insurance claim and Lori for being present during the nurse assessment today.

I contacted Institute of Allied Healthcare and a rep recommended Amada. We have been extremely happy with the service, respect and communication they have provided. We worry about our father so much and Destiny takes great care of him and the admin team does.a great job to reach out to ensure we are satisfied. Highly recommend!

Amada was there for us when we needed help fast, My Mom was in the hospital and my Dad needed someone to be with him at home. My sister, brother, and I were able to help but we needed someone during the day so we could continue in our own jobs. We had a great consult with Jeremy to explain the process and assess our needs. I want to give a shout out to our caregiver Brooke who was a ray of sunshine 🌞. Dad absolutely loved her and looked forward to her coming back each day. I would highly recommend Amada for your senior caregiver needs. Quality care and peace of mind ❤️

Amaya Molina, the Amada caregiver for my mother in law who is 101 years old – going to be 102 October 25th. Amaya does an “outstanding job” engaging her in conversations, exercising, doing daily activities, brain games, encouraging her to drink more fluids, respectfully helping her with incontinence issues, light housekeeping activities and so much more.
Amaya closely monitors and apprises us of improvements and declines that she observes. She is the absolute best caregiver we have employed for Mom.

After several years of assisting a neighborhood friend with basic needs and transportation, her level of care became such that her attorney and I made the decision to seek a more professional source of assistance. My neighbor has no immediate family, so we turned to Amada Senior Care to provide the additional assistance she now requires. Her care coordinator researched diligently to select the perfect caregiver to meet her needs. Estella Cantu has been taking care of my wife for over 5 months. She has been very gentle, kind and patient with her. She goes above and beyond her duties in making sure Jenny’s needs are met. My father has had a long journey that is not yet over. Amada has been the only company so far to help effectively and consistently. Praise God Nancy Lansford was able to provide exceptional support…scheduling, a listening ear and experienced advice. From the first meeting to establish a care plan for my mother, Jeremy was respectful of our time, thorough and ultimately delivered on promises to find a caregiver that would meet my mother’s needs. Mimi and Evelyn and our caretaker Claudia, were very friendly, thorough as well, and again made sure they could meet the goals set for my mother.
Claudia is AMAZING! She is decades younger, but you’d think she and mom were long-time friends. There are many times I hear the two of them giggling off in the distance. Claudia is gentle with mom, and treats her with great respect, loving care, and all the attention she needs. She is just fantastic! It’s so rare, and very nice to find a company that is compassionate about caregiving. I highly recommend them.

Amada Senior Care has been outstanding with the care and attention provided for our Mother. Genevieve has established such a caring demeanor for our Mom. Building trust with Mom is not the easiest thing to accomplish but Genevieve has Mom’s compete trust. Communications from the coordinators has been very proactive and supportive, as well as extremely customer focused. We are so happy to be able to relax with Mom’s care and not worry about her knowing she is in good hands!

A woman by the name of Ingrid acted very unprofessional and very rude, she would not and did not accept my Social Security Card that was given to me by the Social Security Administration Office many years ago. I asked Ingrid in HR to please give me a letter on why she refused to use my Social Security Card to take into the Social Security Office to show them why Ingrid refused to us my social security card and Ingrid said no. This woman Ingrid has no business being in the Human Resource Department for singling me out from being employed.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I was in great need of help taking care of my loved one. I was not equipped to provide the care needed and I was scared I would do something wrong. I reached out to Amada for help and they were wonderful! They were not only there to help w/ my loved one, but they also supported me and my family. I am eternally grateful for them!

I am writing this review to express my immense gratitude for the care my father received from Amada for the past year and a half. My father was living at Franklin in independent care. He has Alzheimers and the only reason he was able to live in independent care was due to the Amada providers who came by 2-3 times a day.
My father has had many providers in that time(all good) but 2 stand out, Olivia and Cooper. Cooper was one of his first providers, then she was promoted but always checked in on my dad. Coincidentally, Cooper reminded my dad of a high school friend and he always called her by that name. Cooper always went along with it. Olivia has been with my dad for at least a year. She treats my father as if he were her own. She did things like download music on her phone that she knew my dad liked, and played it for him. I would often come to visit and find them singing and smiling.
