Amada Senior Care of San Antonio recently earned the highest possible rating in a survey conducted by TX Health and Human Services. HHS visits are opportunities for the state to review a Home Care agency’s documentation and care practices. The survey process helps to ensure that services provided by the visited agency are among the best in the industry.

These surveys also help ensure the agency is in compliance with all state standards. State surveyors performed ON-SITE reviews as part of their three-day review process.
