Francis is one in a million. She takes great care of my brother and sister in law. She treats like they were her own family, and that’s a hard thing to find. She is organized, extremely clean, and doesn’t put up with garbage from her clients. If they need their diaper changed and don’t want it done, she demands that it be done. She doesn’t want her clients developing bed sores and will not put up with any crap from them. That is something that many people would not do. The care giver may be afraid of being asked not to come back because of that. However that is exactly what some clients need a person that insists on keeping them clean. Some clients at this stage of there life just want to be left alone, but not on Francis’s watch. That work ethic should be instilled in all care givers. The care giver is in charge not the client. I commend Francis for her devotion. I know I could not do what she does.

The Caregivers and management team at Amada Senior Care were courteous, patient and efficient. They completed all of the occupational therapy assistance that was requested which included showering, dressing, and assisting with daily activities. I would highly recommend the Amada Caregiving team for seniors who are in the process of transitioning from a hospital or rehabilitation center to becoming more independent with their daily activities.
I filled out one of those online deals that provides a list of local caregiver companies and you get a zillion phone calls. I selected a few and called. David, the owner of Amada was the only one who actually came out to Morristown hospital to meet myself and my husband who had been very ill and hospitalized for much of that time. We wanted to bring him home. I was the primary caregiver and disabled myself. I was able to get a health care aide for 4 hours a day 5 days a week. The tender and loving care given to my husband especially in his last days was very comforting.
Nurse Pat was thorough and caring; she took the time to understand my Father and Mother. She was professional and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to do a complete evaluation of noth their needs. She was steady and reassuring throughout the process. It was a pleasure working with her.
