Amada Senior Care Northern Nevada
Ryan Hart, owner of Amada Senior Care Northern Nevada, has learned through personal experience how
challenging it can be to find competent and compassionate caregivers. As a result, Ryan is committed to providing the best possible care to his clients and the Northern Nevada community. Ryan and the Amada Northern Nevada team have earned a reputation for providing the highest quality of care in Reno and Sparks.
Ryan knows that when a loved one becomes ill or increasingly limited by age, families often struggle to find the best way to care for them. “Two years ago, both of my parents were diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease,” he said. Through the process, we learned that finding in-home care services for them was a very daunting task. It was scary. It was overwhelming. It was tough. It was a very, very frightening time for all of us. Now, I know that countless other people in Reno and Sparks are going through a similar situation, and my team and I are dedicated to helping them in any way we can.”
At Amada Senior Care in Northern Nevada, we provide comprehensive, non-medical care to seniors so that they are able to remain in their homes and continue doing the things they love. Some of the services our home-care aides provide include help with activities of daily living such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and transportation. Ryan likes to say that one thing our caregivers are sure to provide in addition to help with ADLs is “good, old-fashioned companionship.” It’s important to us that we enrich our client’s lives every day so that they are not just safe and comfortable, but happy and thriving.
In addition to matching each senior client and family with the home-care aides who will best complement their personalities and meet their needs, Ryan and the Amada Northern Nevada team also provide senior housing advisory services, help families explore all avenues to help them pay for senior care, and offer other support to seniors and their loved ones.
Whether we are making Grandma’s favorite supper, trimming Dad’s beard just right, or simply listening to you express your concerns about your loved one, you can always be certain that your family at Amada Northern Nevada is with you through every step of your senior care journey.

Very knowledgeable and caring staff,
I just started working as a caregiver , And i can already see this employee cares about our clients.
We were arranging care for a client and Vic at Amada was so helpful. It was an immediate situation and they were so willing to work with us and get the help needed as soon as possible. Thank you!
This organization is outstanding! Attention to detail and compassion are at the heart of this company. A+ All the way!!
Although my time at Amanda was brief, this company was one of the best places I’ve worked at. It delivers flexibility, good benefits, and has a great team that values growth. I worked there as a CNA and got placed in nursing homes, but had the opportunity to do home health, as well as work in the hospital. It was a great opportunity that I was given.
Amada was critical in providing support and personnel as we worked the near impossible task of managing my mother-in-law's care from 2400 miles away. They stepped on very short notice and sent good to absolutely excellent care givers. Several times we called after hours when a privately hired caregiver called in sick. Amada called back within 15 minutes (even in the middle of the night) and began the search for a caregiver who could be there within a few hours. And they always found someone! The manager of caregivers was understanding, upbeat and truly concerned about my mother-in-law's well-being. We were on the phone with her a lot! Amada's solidity, responsiveness and quality are what you need when caring for a frail elderly person. They are far and away the best agency we worked with in Reno.
This is an emotional decision for everyone involved, and our goal at Amada Senior Care in Northern Nevada is to guide families through the placement process with wisdom, empathy and competence.
For some seniors, an assisted living community, typically offering non-complex medical services, may be a good fit. Others may require a bit more support and may be better served in a nursing home or different type of care community.
The team at Amada Senior Care Northern Nevada has years of experience with senior care in Reno and Sparks. As a result, we have deep knowledge of all local care communities and can make sure our clients find the ideal placement to suit their care needs, locations, lifestyles, and budgets.
We also rely on our extensive experience to help our clients make full use of all benefits available to them, including veterans’ benefits and Long-Term Care Insurance benefits. The costs of assisted living may intimidate many families, but we can help them make financial decisions with confidence. To further ease cost concerns, the Amada Northern Nevada team is pleased to offer its placement services free of charge.
When in-home care is no longer ideal for our clients, we are honored to guide them through this next phase. Our specialty is referring seniors to the right community or placement for them, which may include:
- Assisted living communities
- Large and small communities
- Independent living communities
- Board and care homes
- Adult family homes
- Senior care homes
- Skilled nursing facilities
- Alzheimer/dementia communities
Many of our veterans, their spouses and their families may not be aware of their potential eligibility for financial assistance from the government.
