Deven Simon – Administrator / Human Resources

Deven plays a vital leadership role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and compassionate operation of our in-home care agency. This position serves as the central connection point between caregivers, clients, and management. Deven is responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing scheduling and staffing, ensuring compliance with state and agency regulations, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. 

Siobhan Davis – Recruiter

Siobhan plays an essential role in building a strong and reliable caregiving team. This position focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified caregivers who reflect the agency’s values of compassion, reliability, and professionalism. Siobhan manages job postings, screens applicants, coordinates interviews, and ensures all hiring requirements and credentials are complete. 

Maddie Arnold – Billing

The In-Home Care Billing Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing for services provided, including verifying caregiver hours against client authorizations and submitting claims. This role also manages claim follow-ups, resolves discrepancies, and works closely with staff and case managers to maintain compliant and efficient billing processes.

Brianna Brown – Scheduler

Brianna is responsible for coordinating caregiver schedules to ensure clients receive consistent, reliable care. This role involves matching caregivers with clients based on skills, availability, and compatibility, while maintaining coverage for all shifts. Brianna communicates daily with caregivers, clients, and office staff to handle schedule changes, call-outs, and urgent needs.

Amarachi Irechukwu – Registered Nurse

The In-Home Care Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing client needs, developing and updating care plans, and delegating tasks to caregivers in accordance with state regulations. This role also provides clinical oversight, ensures quality and compliance, and supports both clients and staff through ongoing communication and education.
