Five Stars is not enough for Amada Senior Care. We were in a very awful situation at my parents home (LaPorte, IN ) with my mother in hospice care and rapidly declining and my father trying his best, but failing to handle all of her care on his own. Many calls to home healthcare companies had me scheduled out in days for a meeting. Not Amada. The AMAZING Margo came same day (even called to initiate an earlier meet time) and had us set-up with help by the next morning. The intake process was fast, easy and Margo was the biggest breath of fresh air and truly a beacon of hope in this horrible scenario. Our healthcare aids were also fantastic. Each one of them filling our hearts and taking a load off of our minds. We only needed Amada a few days as my mother moved on to an inpatient facility and then ultimately “moved on”… But we will NEVER forget the urgency and most of all kindness that Amada (and Margo) led with. If I sound like I’m gushing – I am. May you never find yourself in a dire situation like ours, but may you always have a team like those at Amado to help you. Eternally grateful.

My family is clients of this company yet the caregivers are great and help so much the actual office is not professional! They have tried to over charge for certain days! If our care giver isn’t able to come in do to being sick and no one collects that day because they are booked they don’t send anyone and expect you with your 80 year old family members with dementia to figure it out! No one from the office takes responsibility to help out! Like I said the caregivers are great but the company lacks where it matters most! Makes me wonder if the caregivers them selfs that are actually out doing the work are actually getting taken care of or just treated as expendable as well!?!?!? Not happy that my family has been left without care!

Absolutely would recommend Amada for any of your caregiver needs. I met Renee who was providing care for a patient in a facility and it was such a relief to see someone with that much compassion. She treats the patients how you would want your own family to be treated. Patient, caring, and the perfect person to care for those with dementia.

Not only do I have a family member that utilizes their services and their care givers are amazing, but anytime I ask them for assistance within Ignite medical resorts Cp they always come through! Greg is not only knowledgeable, he’s compassionate with the work he does and provides throughout our community! I highly recommend their services above anyone else!
