David, one of the owners, was excellent with helping me do all my Long Term Care Insurance paperwork! They billed my LTCi and received payment directly from my insurance company. My 3 caregivers were very friendly and helpful with my home care. Many times they and the owners went above and beyond what I expected. I would highly recommend David and Stacey with Amada Senior care. They are a trusting Homecare agency with great caregivers. They really care about me.

Amada is an amazing company. They take a lot of time finding caregiver that best match the clients needs. That really care about us and their concern for quality care has afforded us care givers who really take care of the client. They also bathe. Cloth and groom their client with loving care and attention to detail.They watch the client all of the time, which is important to us because of the dangers of falling. They also cook, clean, do laundry and accompany clients on all appointments. It really provides rest and peace of mind to the loved ones that take care of them. Beyond exceptional- the true “gold standard” of care. Search no more: Amada has blown me away with the most genuine, dedicated, compassionate, servant-heart caregivers. I called after hours on a Friday night and got an immediate response with 3-days of last minute care from the most incredible caregivers. My mom is from out of state, almost 80, and fell having emergency hip surgery and all alone in Vegas. Amada saved us! Her caregivers did everything imaginable to help her! Mary and “Star” went way beyond what we could have ever imagined possible❣️❣️❣️ And the overall customer service experience across all touch points, including around the clock support from David and Stacey, is stellar-first class all the way around. I’ve used Amada San Diego for a year now for my dad and his caregivers are so dear we consider them family. It was such a relief to rely on this company when we needed them for this unforeseen crisis in another city.

After conducting hours of research, I chose Amada Senior Care and entrusted it to assist my aging father who has dementia and to take the load off my aging mother who struggles to keep up with his everchanging needs. Amada did not disappoint, and this 5-star rating is well-deserved. Having spoken with representatives from a half dozen or more home care services in Las Vegas, there was a remarkable difference in the organization of the businesses, professionalism of their personnel, caregiver services that they would render, and implemented protocols related to COVID-19. Amada Senior Care stands apart from other top-rated senior care services. Whereas the responses of other senior care businesses were often curt and gave me the impression that they were too busy to answer questions that directly related to the health and well-being of my loved ones, personnel from Amada Senior Care took the time to discuss my parents’ situation, asked intelligent questions, and gave compassionate responses that showed me that they understood the unique needs of my parents, that they truly cared about my parents’ well-being, and that Amada was a well-organized and professional operation that could actually provide the services that it promised. Put another way, it was obvious that Amada knew the home care scene well and this wasn’t its first rodeo. Amada’s administrators are exemplary. David Stoddard handled the preliminary matters expeditiously and did not waste time before meeting my parents and completing an in-home assessment to determine their needs. Stacey Stoddard then jumped in to handle caregiver assignment and scheduling. Both promptly responded to my questions, even personally calling me after hours and over the weekend. As opposed to some other companies that I had spoken to, I did not have to chase or pursue Amada for answers or its services. Amada went above and beyond to accommodate special requests and changes to scheduling. Amada’s make-it-happen business model is unparalleled. It’s easy to make promises. It’s another to deliver on those promises. I am especially thankful that Amada is COVID-19 aware and does not take chances with the health of seniors. We started using Amada Senior Care in 2013 to 2015 for my dad. In fact, when my dad had to go into Hospice, Stacy recommended the best place ever and we are forever grateful for the care my dad received from hospice. In 2015, we have a caregiver to be with my mom. Our caregiver is a good fit for my mom. My mom’s happy to have someone stay with her and run her errands. My mom has been using them for several years and they have always been on point and she has the same ladies she’s had from the start which is a plus! They truly care and give her rides to the doctor as well as listen and write down what the doctor says so they can relay it to my brother and I who live in other states. My mom doesn’t hear well so this really helps. From the owner to the caregivers they all are trustworthy and actually care !
