Amada is consistently my go to for anyone who is needing one on one care. Recently, Paris has been assisting with a resident who has cognitive impairments. She was so patient and thorough when caring for her. Her compassion truly shines through in the care that she gives!
Amada came into our lives at a much needed time. They were referred to us via the VA and provided caregiving for my father. While caregiving for my dad Raniss developed a relationship with my mom and would keep an eye out for her also (Dad and Mom both diagnosed with PD and other aliments). My father unfortunately passed in March of 2026 due to PD. Mom through the grace of God and good planning from her and Dad setup a long term care policy and when ask who I wanted to assist with care giving the answer was easy, Amada. The team at Amada is wonderful!! Raniss and several other caregivers started and of course were and are awesome and then Jessie came aboard and was excellent also. Mom really bonded well with Raniss and Jessie but had no issues with anyone else. Heather and Adrienne also are outstanding as they kept me/us informed and were also super helpful and compassionate. Lastly are Quinton and Debbie. Top-notch individuals as they all are. Debbie fought tooth and nail with Mutual of Omaha for us regarding mom. You really need folks like this on your team when it comes to caregiving. They know there stuff and are there when you need them. We moved Mom to Charlotte to live with my brother and Amada in Charlotte is providing the caregiving and Amada of Greensboro helped facilitate the move. Jessie helped the day of the move and went with us, help us with mom and made sure all went well. From Day 1 in the hospital, owner Quinton explained how this works and gave me such peace of mind. Adrienne managed her team with skill. My first evening Cheryl helped me organize my sleeping and awake zones judiciously which gave me even more peace of midst of my digging thinking and pain.
