Amada and everyone on their team have been a blessing to our family in our time of need. Several members of my family needed care and Amada was there to provide the care for us. We learned about Amada from Holly. Laura was instrumental in navigating the long term care insurance and our many questions. My brother and I received care from Jordan and my mother from Philomene. Jordan was fantastic helping me with laundry, meals, cleaning up, playing games, and giving my brother showers. He was prompt, reliable, kind, gentle spirited, and willing to attend to our needs. We recommend Jordan and his caregiving highly. Philomene gave my mom compassonate and competent care. She daily gave her support and shared her loving spirit as she gave my mom showers, helped her get dressed, cleaned up, prepped meals, and supervised exercises. We recommend Philomene highly. Our family is grateful to Amada and staff for always being there to offer expert assistance and caregiving in our time of crises.

Amada Senior Care has been awesome. I am a 67-year-old woman who is recovering from a life changing stroke. For the last 19 months, Amada has provided the in-home care that has allowed me to live successfully in my own home. The aides Amada has provided have been awesome. They help me shower, assist with transferring safely in the bathroom, and complete many small household chores like meal prep and clean up. One of my current aides, Brilee, is such a wonderful addition to my team. She is committed to my safety, helps with my physical therapy assignments and encourages me to participate in activities in whatever way I can. When we work on projects together, she always makes me feel I am an important part of the team. I am also impressed with the management of Amada. Rachel, the Care Supervisor, ensures that I have the care I need, and she makes sure my care team fits our household. The owners, Laura and Ben, ensure that the appropriate documentation is submitted to my Long-Term Care Insurance company. Going through this medical setback has been very hard, but I am living a good life with my spouse in our home because of the care Amada provides.

We have had such a wonderful experience with Amada Senior Care. They provide evening care for my mom, and the peace of mind it has given our family is priceless. Anne, my mom’s primary caregiver, is absolutely amazing. She is kind, dependable, and incredibly attentive. My mom feels safe with her and truly enjoys her company, which means so much to us. Anne goes above and beyond every evening, and it shows in the way my mom looks forward to seeing her. I would highly recommend Amada to anyone looking for compassionate, reliable in-home care for their loved ones.

I just wanna do a shout out to Rachel. I want her to know how thankful I am for her. She is so good at what she does. She goes above and beyond. She knows just how to match the right client with the right caregiver. She is the best at getting shifts covered. I also want to thank her for not sleeping! Our family recently had a need for the services offered by Amada Senior Care. We have used similar services in the past, but Amada exceeded our expectations and outperformed those other services by leaps and bounds. Every individual whom we talked to, or who provided care from Amada was excellent, responsive and caring. Our personal experience causes us to highly recommend Amada to anyone.

Holly at Amada Senior Care has been absolutely fantastic. When my dad suddenly needed to move into assisted living, everything felt overwhelming and chaotic. Holly stepped in immediately and guided us through every step of the process. She arranged tours, helped us evaluate options, and truly took the time to understand what would be the best fit for my dad. Her compassion, knowledge, and steady support made an incredibly difficult time so much easier for our family. I truly could not have navigated this transition without her. As a former employee of the company, I can say that they do not value their hardworking and dedicated employees here. There is clear favoritism shown to those that call off, cost the company clients, and jeopardizes client’s safety and wellbeing consistently. But hey, if you wanna work somewhere that will never value anything you do of merit and goes out of their way to deny you growth opportunities let alone doesn’t provide breaks, meals, PTO or sick days; then by all means apply! Otherwise if you’re sane, steer clear.

I would like to give a shout out to Alsion. She handled a power outage like a pro while the electricity was off for a couple of hours. She got Mom by the fireplace and in layers. She then contacted my brother for the next step.

We appreciated the help both Laura and Rachel offered us. Laura connected us with our long term care insurance to help us get onboard. And Rachel connected us with good, caring home health aids! We appreciated the interest they took in Wilbur and his interests. Jovone played chess with Wilbur which he hasn’t played for many years. It sparked Wilbur’s interest but unfortunately this happened just prior to Wilbur’s hospitalization and move to rehab and then to nursing care! Some aids went beyond the call of duty and did extra cleaning! We appreciated each care giver who came to our home and patiently and compassionately cared for Wilbur! Keep up the good work! It means so much to us to experience the compassion of others as we age and need help, having lost the ability to do for ourselves what we were used to doing! Thank you, everyone! Amada has been a true blessing for our family. We used their services for about a year after my mother suffered her stroke, and from day one they stepped in with compassion, professionalism, and genuine care. We were worried about the level of support my mom would need, but Amada never hesitated, they rose to the occasion in every way. Throughout our time with them, my mom had the pleasure of meeting so many wonderful caregivers. Ashley was one of her main caregivers, and she was truly exceptional. She supported my mother’s daily activities with patience, kindness, and consistency and she never once called in the entire year. The dedication she showed will always stay with us. We also had the honor of meeting other amazing caregivers who consistently went above and beyond: both Mary’s Kaej, Emmarie, Jordan, Kerri, Alyssa, and of course, Rachel. Each of them cared for my mother and father with such heart that it honestly felt like they were keeping them alive. Their kindness, support, and reliability gave our family peace during a very difficult time. We cannot thank the team at Amada enough. The gratitude we feel for the way you cared for both our mother and father is something we will carry with us forever. You made an unimaginable season of life easier, safer, and filled with warmth. I have had a very good experience with Amada Senior care. I don’t live near my mother so it has been great to work with a company that is reliable and professional. Rachel has been consistently helpful in arranging and supervising the support my mother needs. My mother’s carer, Jordan, is very reliable, responsive to our requests, and keeps me very well informed about my mother’s needs. Jordan is also adaptable as my mom’s needs change over time, and has proven very capable in working with my mother in a respectful, patient and compassionate way. Thanks, Amada!

Holly Blood work hard to find places that Joyce would like and did a good job.

Response was so quick, and care was found the next week. We had been struggling to find in home care, and had met with other in home nursing providers prior to Amada, no one compares in response and coverage (which is what the other providers did struggle with) We did not get much time due to circumstances, but Amada will be my first suggestion to anyone who asks.

While looking for a place for our mother to stay in this stage of her life, we toured Amada Senior care and I was pleased to see people playing bingo and just out walking around the staff knew the residence. names.

I can’t begin to say enough positive things about the service and personal assistance that my uncle and I received from Holly at Amada since my uncle suffered a stroke in April. Holly went above and beyond to search out the “right fit” for my uncle and the rehab care that he needed for his recovery. Holly found us the right place for my uncle to transition to and continue to work on his recovery. She showed us kindness, compassion and a ton of patience as we worked through this transition process in a very short window of time and opportunity. Holly continues to visit and check on my uncle’s progress and changing needs to offer him the best possible service. Following my knee surgery I was not anticipating any complications, however, Amada Senior Care was quick to staff when I needed extra help. Addy was always on time, very helpful with household chores and any assistance with daily ADL’s I needed. Her presence relieved my families’ concerns. Addy is a very responsible and nice. We were so impressed with Amada Senior Care and with our caretaker, Kayla. She was so friendly, attentive, and made my Mom feel comfortable. Laura and Ben have gone above and beyond since I met them. I discovered Amada Senior through my caregivers group at Pathways. Laura came to my house and went through my home healthcare policy and handled all the communication with them. Ben and Laura then assigned Priscilla to work with my husband. He absolutely adores her. She comes twice a week to help with daily living skills. She is so gentle and accommodating. My dog Bailey also adores her😄. Priscilla provided over night respite when I attended my nephew’s football game in Texas. She was absolutely amazing and made my husband feel very comfortable while I was gone. Laura and Ben have gone above and beyond since my first phone call with them. They listened carefully as I described my elderly parent’s needs then came up with a plan and the perfect caregiver. At every step they considered my concerns and implemented solutions. Having Laura help me with the logistics of long term health insurance has been a HUGE relief and effective help. Laura and Ben stay in close contact with me whenever I reach out and as a result my elderly parent is getting the care they need and I am able to be a daughter rather than a health care manger.

Laura and Ben are incredible. Flexible, understanding, patient and professional. And then the caregiver herself, Akela, is AMAZING!! As a daughter who lives far away, I was nervous about someone caring for my father, and I didn’t know what to expect but then Akela. Knowledgeable, kind, funny, and most of all, she treated my father with respect and care. Shes been consistent, considerate and a great communicator from day one. We hired Amanda Senior Care a few months ago to help with in-home care for my mother. We have been very happy with their services and the caregivers they have sent to help my mother. Her main caregiver is Kasedi and she has been great! Kasedi is very caring and compassionate and attentive to details and I have seen my mom’s mood improve since she has been coming to her home. My mom always looks forward Kasedi’s visits.

I needed a few days of help with some activities of daily living after surgery. Everyone I interacted with at Amada were polite and helpful. My two caregivers, Sam and Myka, were kind, helpful, and genuine. I definitely recommend considering Amada when you are looking for help!

Caregivers for my mom were great. She enjoyed spending time with all of them. She looked forward to the days that they were there.
