Drawing from their own family’s experience, they understand the profound difference compassionate care can make for seniors and their loved ones.
We aim to elevate the everyday experiences of seniors, enabling them to safely cherish their time in their own homes while still engaging in the activities that bring them joy. Our specialized teams in Santa Rosa create care solutions tailored to the unique preferences and needs of each individual, encompassing services like culinary assistance, medication oversight, transportation, and more. Angela shares a touching story: “Recently, my grandparents reached a point where they needed assistance with meals, transportation and hygiene. Although we all initially rallied to help out, it became clear that our busy schedules couldn’t provide the level of care they deserved. So, we embarked on the search for a trustworthy caregiving service to support them at home. Luckily, we found a compassionate gentleman whose loving care allowed my grandparents to flourish. He didn’t just become their caregiver; he became a cherished member of our family, bringing warmth and joy into our lives. Michael and I want to provide that same peace of mind my family experienced and truly enrich the lives of those we serve.”
At Amada, we’re committed to offering high-quality, personalized care that respects the unique needs of each family. Whether it’s providing in-home care that allows seniors to remain comfortably at home or helping families navigate the transition to assisted living, we’re here to support you. We can also help you navigate the financial aspects of care, providing guidance on utilizing resources such as long-term health care insurance, veterans’ benefits, and life insurance policies to increase accessibility.
For us, senior care is more than just a service; it’s about forming genuine connections. Mike puts it best: “At Amada, we are an extension of your own family, and we’re here to make sure your mom and dad are happy, healthy, and thriving on a daily basis.”

We were so happy with every person that helped our mom from Amada Senior Care. Each one was kind and thoughtful and professional, from the Owners, Angela and Mike, to the Office Staff and each Caregiver. We appreciated Laurann, Susan, Afsana, Ritha, Ashley, and Ana. Mom enjoyed the help and company of every Caregiver, but especially bonded with Ana. Thank you to each one of you for everything, and we will definitely return to you if needed in the future!
Long story short. My James would not have been able to be released from the hospital without the presence of an overnight sitter. Angela at Amada Senior Care quickly provided a sitter on the same day (afternoon!) that I requested one. For an entire week, the overnight sitters were prompt and pleasant. James (Jim) enjoyed having them all. By name: Mispah, Courtney, Zana, and Mary all provided excellent care. I wish I had known about Amada care before this event. I highly recommend their services to anyone needing personal care and attention.
Delia is avery mature and competent CNA. She is reliable, calm and kind with a marvelous sense of humor. She patiently juggled supervision and coaching of my highly demanding daughter who has severe memory problems from a brain injury and was experiencing epileptic seizures. We miss her very much and highly recommend her as a caregiver.
Our experience with Amada was excellent from start to finish. I contacted Angela on a holiday weekend following an accident that left my husband in need of care unexpectedly. She responded right away and immediately won me over with her knowledge, generosity and straightforward approach. When we subsequently became clients, the office team was both gracious and accommodating as we tried to figure out our rapidly-changing needs (thank you Cindy, Ana and Emily!). All of our caregivers were kind, respectful and eager to be of service. The professionalism of the Amada team inspired our trust and thus took a lot of stress out of a difficult situation, allowing our whole family to heal more quickly and completely. I will confidently recommend Amada for anyone needing in-home caregiving, whether for seniors or otherwise.
Laurann was an exemplary care giver.
She treated me with respect and total willingness to help me with what I needed. I felt cared for and safe with her. She is a very kind and thoughtful caregiver.
