Ok where should I start. So my dad was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and he was a fighter, trying different trials he could possibly get in. Then he was too weak to continue. We chose for him to come home on hospice but needed 24/care. I’m not sure how we got referred to Amada but as my dad arrived home and Kevin and caregiver followed right behind. I had read Kevin’s bio and somehow felt at ease having them taking care of my dad. His first caregiver was there and she went right to work. She was wonderful and so were all the rest of them. I can’t say enough about them. We had a couple of bumps in the road but was quickly rectified by the office staff. There was a lot of communication between everyone which was amazing. The caregivers would get him meals, wash him up, change him, and spent time with him talking about whatever as my dad was bed bound but he was fully of sound mind. He loved trading stocks and was doing so up to, two days before his passing. The caregivers heard all about it. They really felt like family. One of his caregivers even came right after he passed to say goodbye and to be with the family. The only thing he did worry about was the cost.Since COVID, the cost of everything has gone up. This was no different. Overall our experience was fantastic and I will refer anyone who could use their help.

We Recently partnered with Amada Senior Care for several months to provide twenty four hour Services for our loved one with parkinsons in his assisted living apartment. As any of you who have dealt with parkinson’s know, it’s a difficult disease, and affects each individual differently. Amada listened to our request for specific care areas & tailored his care perfectly for what we needed. They also chose the best aides for the job, And made sure all of them were up to speed on the care needed. They have an online system that you can have access to and read all the notes from the aides on your loved one’s care, and how they did on a given day. That was very comforting for us. Their communication was top notch, You get one number to call and they all cover the number. Whether you leave a message or text or email them, they get back to you quickly. They jumped through hoops to make sure our schedule was covered, occasionally, at the last minute when we needed more care than we thought we did. They were always friendly, courteous, and helpful! Most importantly, the aides who work at Amada are knowledgeable, kind, and patient, and treated our loved one with love and respect. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I give them a five star rating because the service we got was five star worthy! They had a companion with her within hours of my call, and there was a steady stream of superstar caregivers around the clock for eight days. The caliber of the home care staff and the support from the office staff were both exceptional. On several occasions, the aide was unable to show and the owner came in and filled in the shift!
