Amada is so lovely to work with, I couldn’t recommend them more. Lina is an absolute dream. We didn’t end up getting to use their services in the end as my Aunt ended up in the ICU the night before her first scheduled day of care and passed before getting to go back home. In spite of that, Lina went above and beyond, visiting my Aunt in the ICU, checking in on my Uncle, giving us guidance and support when needed. She did so much even though we never paid for any services. That shows the heart and care that Amada has for their clients, they don’t treat you like a number or a paycheck, they genuinely care for the well-being of the client and their loved ones.
Lina and my dad’s caregiver Sandra, are two of the most professional, kind and amazing people I’ve encountered during my many years in dealing with elder-caregiving. They’re truly dedicated to their work, and my dad is receiving such loving and outstanding care with Amada. They are extremely helpful to me as well, and are available and responsive when I have a question or need help with something related to my dad’s care. I live many hours from my dad’s assisted living facility, so it’s comforting to know I can rely on Lina and Sandra to be keeping extra eyes on my dad when I’m not there.
