I applied for this job. Long story short, I understand why they have a high turnover rate.

The caregivers are very helpful and concerned about the people they provide services for. Office staff are knowledgeable, and ensure staff are trained before they assist clients.

Amada is a great company. They have been taking care of my grandparents for the last 3 years. The best care. The caregivers are amazing so polite and knowledgeable. Loved having them.

I have been using Amada Senior Care for about a year for my in-home care and I am very pleased about the care I’ve received. The caregivers and staff are very helpful and considerate. It was difficult at first with many different aides working different shifts. Since then I have found two aides who are excellent and are assigned to me on a regular basis. They are conscientious, knowledgeable, experienced, and a pleasure to have here! I dont know what I would do without them. I am overall very satisfied with Amada!

We hired Amada senior care to help care for my 90 year old father. His day time aide, Debbie Miller and his afternoon aide Alivia Miranda are both wonderful. The are very attentive to his needs and have become part of the family. I would highly recommend.

This amazing group of caregivers Are absolutely amazing. My mom has dementia. This is new to all of us and they have put our mind at ease all of their extra help and just their genuine compassion and care you cannot teach that it’s something that someone has within themselves. I am so very blessed and so is my mother to have this amazing group of caregivers looking after her. She has treated with compassion, respect, and dignity. I work in the healthcare field and you can be the best nurse doctor or aid but if you don’t have compass, care or the love to care for someone it means nothing. Amada provided outstanding care for my mom. They were unbelievably attentive to make sure that all was safe and that she was well provided for. They worked hard to find the best caregiver to balance her needs and someone that was a good fit for her personality so that she was comfortable. I have hired several other caregiver companies in the past and Amada is by far THE BEST. I cannot say enough about the genuine kindness and care that all of the caregivers, especially Ryan, showed my mom. I would recommend this company above all others in the Northwest Ohio area.

My experience with Amanda Senior Care was excellent. The treatment was for my father and the ladies that came to assist my father were kind, cooperative, and very personable in conversation . Amada Care kindly kept in contact with me for follow ups to make sure my father was happy. I would recommend this company because it took a load off me.
