Kimberlee and Chris Crosby | Co-Owners
Chris and Kimberlee have over 35 years of experience in the healthcare industry and 10 years’ ownership of Amada Senior Care Southwest Washington. Chris is an Army veteran and graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. He has a passion for helping veterans. Kimberlee treasures relationships with clients and caregivers and provides comfort to all around her.
Eliza Cha | Co-Owner
Eliza has served in the healthcare industry for nearly 30 years. She became an Amada franchise owner because she wanted to experience a deeper personal connection to seniors and families on the senior care journey. Eliza loves helping seniors do the things they love most and helping them preserve their independence and live for as long as possible in their own homes. Eliza and her husband have an 11-year old son, and as a family they love to ski, travel, and explore new cultures and cuisine.
Kenneth Oh | Director of Operations
Kenneth has been in the financial services industry for 15 years and has lived here in the Phoenix West Valley for over 18 years. When not striving to enrich the lives of seniors, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children. Their favorite family activities include hiking and traveling to the many uniquely charming small towns that dot Arizona.
Kim Decker | Supervisor of Care, Certified Dementia Specialist
Kim brings over 30 years of experience in the helping profession, with a strong commitment to enhancing the lives of others. As a Certified Dementia Specialist and Certified Home Safety Specialist, she is passionate about delivering high-quality care and creating safe, supportive environments for seniors. At Amada Senior Care, Kim’s favorite part of her role is being directly involved in improving care and working hands-on with both seniors and caregivers. She is always seeking new ways to grow, improve, and provide the best support possible to those she serves.
Sheila | Human Resources
Sheila is a Human Resources graduate with a strong background in recruitment and customer service within the healthcare industry. She is passionate about supporting both caregivers and clients, ensuring they feel valued, heard, and supported throughout their care journey. At Amada Senior Care, she enjoys building meaningful relationships and helping create a positive experience for every family and team member she works with.
