Our caregivers are very good., We love them. They are outstanding. They are very helpful with attending to our needs in a timely matter. The AMADA office staff are attentive and respectful. We would for sure recommend AMADA to others no questions asked.
Barbara is warm, caring, connected, and is dedicated to my father's care and sense of well being. These qualities are invaluable at this time in his life and we are so very grateful to have her.
We brought AMADA in to supplement the care provided for my mother who was residing in a memory care unit at a local senior living facility. As mom's mental and physical health declined, we needed a full-time aide (initially 8 hours per day and then 24 hours a day) to ensure mom was safe and well cared for. We reached out to AMADA and were very pleased with the level of care they provided. The aides were caring and loving right up until the end. AMADA was organized and responsive, particularly during the period of COVID restrictions where family was not allowed to visit. They kept us updated on mom's condition and needs. And in her final weeks, they coordinated seamlessly with Care Dimensions (hospice care) to make sure mom was comfortable and safe. We would give a big shout out to all the aides and administrators who we worked with at AMADA for the last couple of years of mom's life. It was not easy caring for a elderly patient who was so compromised both mentally and physically. Thank you!
Barbara Richardson, a Personal Care Attendant, cared for my wife in her dying days and is now caring fo me. She rightly holds the title of Lead Care Giver at Amada. She is outstanding in her skill and devotion to her work. As a very intelligent person she independently determines what needs to be done and applies herself to it. It is very good fortune to have her help.
While planning next steps after an extensive rehab for our father, we chose Amada Senior Care and their team to provide my parents with much needed support. The caregiver was outstanding and most importantly, a caring and compassionate human being. I would recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in the same situation.
The caregivers supplied by Amada were absolute angels and my immediate family are forever grateful for the comfort that they provided to my father and the relief that they afforded the rest of us. They were knowledgeable, generous and thoughtful - simply magnificent people. They worked seamlessly with the hospice nurses and were professional and warm to the very end.
Communication with their staff is absolutely so easy!
We have been very happy with Amada's services with our long term care insurance. Help was always there to consult about forms to fill out, and once we began our claim, Amada was able to take care of paying for their services and I didn't have to do this. I have full confidence in their work, and I know I can always call them if I have a question, or a comment. I trust them.
Amada was recommended to me by a close friend who is a nurse in the greater Boston area. Amada exceeded my expectations. Everyone from the office staff to the aides did what they said they were going to do. The care that my mother received during the last few months of her life exceeded my expectations. They made a difficult time as pleasant as possible. Thank you to the entire Amada team!
