I’ve been an Office Assistant with this senior care company for a little over a year, and I can honestly say it has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. From day one, I saw how deeply dedicated we are to providing compassionate, reliable, and personalized care to every senior we serve. Our team works together with genuine purpose making sure each client receives not only the help they need, but also the respect, kindness, and dignity they deserve. Whether it’s coordinating care, supporting families, or assisting caregivers, everyone here puts their heart into their work. It’s amazing to watch the difference we make every day. The smiles, relief, and comfort we bring to seniors and their loved ones is something truly special. We have been very pleased with the Amada Senior Care service for my Mom. She loves seeing her caregivers and is always so happy to spend time with them. We are so grateful that these lovely ladies are in our lives and care so very much for Mom!

I have had Amada’s services for over 12 months now & I have to say that I have had a mostly satisfactory experience. The reason that I didn’t rate you 5 stars is because there have been times during the last couple of months of last year that I had the experience of numerous calls of mine not being returned. I am very satisfied with my current help but there have been times when I have been sent really unsatisfactory people.

I have been directly involved for the past four years. The caregivers are wonderful. Several have been with Irene for many years. They love my Aunt and treat her accordingly, like family. Irene is severely disabled and the caregivers have to take care of her every need. Every caregiver I’ve met has impressed me. They go above and beyond. The field supervisor has stopped by on her day off to celebrate my Aunt’s birthday with her. For two years, Amada also tended to my Aunt Mary. Again the care was excellent. Management has been great all along. They are very easy to deal with, very accommodating and willing to go the extra mile to meet our needs. When Mary needed a caregiver on short notice Amada came through for us like they always do. The founders/owners of Amada are sincerely invested in the well being of my 96 yo stepmom. She’s had help from their CNAs for 15 hours/day since June 2021. If a CNA is late, a supervisor goes right over. Cost is relatively reasonable. They are responsive to questions and concerns. I am grateful for this service.

Amada Caregivers have been with us almost every day and some nights as my husband required more care. The scheduling was unbelievably flexible when we needed sudden changes, which was often. The caregivers were never late. The scheduling staff understood if we felt certain people were not as good a fit, and made the changes. The leadership helped us with paperwork. The caregivers became like family, and many were 5+ professional, loving, energetic, patient and compassionate. I did not think it would be easy having someone with us in the house, but the caregivers were sensitive to what we needed. We could never have managed without AMADA. This agency is of the HIGHEST QUALITY for professionalism, compassion, reliability.

My parents have been getting help from Amada for four years now, and have been invaluable. I am in the position of having a child, working, and having elderly parents who need a lot of care, and there is no way I could do it on my own. For eight hours a day they help with dressing, bathing, getting them to meals, shopping, and appointments, remind them to take their medications, and best of all, are good companions. As aides have turned over (but not too often), Amada has worked to find new ones for them who are a good fit, which can be hard with my parents’ personalities! Our case worker Linda is amazing at helping keep on top of my parents medical care too – I am grateful to have someone to help be an ally in advocating for them with the medical establishment. And, on top of all of this, Amada recently actively helped me find an amazing assisted living situation for my parents, helping me to narrow the search, think about what factors are important to us, and doing most of the coordination of setting up appointments and accompanying me on the tours. I am beyond grateful for Amada’s care of my parents, that they work with us when there are problems, and that they make the quality of my parents’ lives so much better than I ever could on my own.

Amada has been providing home care services for my 93 year old father since April – they are absolutely fabulous – a very bright light in a difficult situation. Each caregiver has been professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. They definitely go the extra mile.

If you want honesty, strong knowledge, patience, professionalism, then Laura Lynn is your lady. All business, not a great deal of small talk, just addresses the issues and solves them

Our home health aid is capable and caring. She has become a member of our family. You don’t have ask help because and if you do, she never says no She is always is looking to see in what additional ways she can help.

My wife has received excellent care from her care giver, Ana. She is proactive and provides help with my wife’s personal needs as needed. She also responds to suggestions about home care needs in a positive way.

Amada staff are at the top of their game. Staff in the office are responsive and reliable. They have successfully provided my family member with both routine daily care and with emergency staffing. Office staff and caregivers have acted with professionalism and warmth/understanding from day one. We are very grateful Amada clients.

Talk about going above and beyond. Laura Lynn Morrrissey of Amada Senior Care is absolutely fabulous. She has taken it upon herself to research the best electronic devices for our mutual client to enable her to see pictures of the family and maybe to enable electronic visits. This kind of personal service demonstrates how much she cares.

Amanda Senior Care is both professional and proficient with excellent staff, who always cater to the needs of the senior-class citizens. Amanda Senior Care is an A+ establishment, and very family oriented. Scheduling Manager, Shawnie Valdespino, understands and cares deeply for everyone that walks through the doors at Amanda Senior Care. She is always available on call whenever you need to reach her, and does her job very well. She is very reliable and dependable, and completes each task that is given her way.

Ana is a gift to us. She is patient with my mother and accommodating in helping out with a variety of tasks. She helped organize my mothers closet and it looks beautiful! I feel like I have a partner in helping care for my mother and I am grateful for that partner, Ana!
