Caregiver Highlights / Spotlights

Vickie Dulaney
This month, we’re celebrating one of our amazing caregivers who has been with Amada for almost three years. Inspired by the compassionate care her best friend received during his leukemia journey, Vickie decided to pursue caregiving to make a difference in others’ lives. She loves building meaningful connections with her clients and finds joy in creating comfort through small gestures — from warm blankets to fresh banana bread. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her adopted granddaughter, exploring art shows, and creating beautiful pieces together. Her favorite quote is, “Everything is IMPOSSIBLE until it is DONE!”

Chris Bates
Chris joined the Amada Senior Care team in February and brings a deep, personal sense of purpose to his role. After facing brain cancer twice, he was profoundly impacted by the compassion and care he received, which inspired him to provide that same level of support to others. Chris enjoys meeting some of the kindest people and hearing their life stories. He finds fulfillment in offering a smile that lingers and brings hope for tomorrow. His favorite saying is, “Any better and I couldn’t stand it.”

Helen Hutchins
Helen has been a valued member of the Amada Senior Care team for two years. After many years as a truck driver, she followed her father’s encouragement to pursue caregiving in 2017. Helen enjoys caring for seniors because she relates to their life experiences and believes there is always something to learn from one another. She finds the most reward in helping clients continue living comfortably at home while giving families peace of mind. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her poodle, sewing crafts, and cooking Honduran dishes. Her favorite advice is, “If you stop doing what you do as we age, you could lose the ability to do it. Don’t give up!”

Cindi Welsh
Cindi has been with Amada since our very beginning in December 2022. She was drawn to caregiving by her passion for helping clients live their best lives. She finds joy in supporting daily routines, providing attentive care, and building meaningful relationships with clients and families. Outside of work, Cindi enjoys life in Noble with her husband, two dogs, and their three-legged cat. Her favorite words of wisdom are, “Learn to love one another. It is the reason we are on this earth. Forgive easily and trust your instincts.”

Rosalinda Fritch
Rosalinda has been a valued member of the Amada Senior Care team for over a year. She was inspired to become a caregiver by her genuine love for seniors and her desire to care for them like family. Rosalinda enjoys forming meaningful connections with her clients and providing compassionate, respectful care each day. Outside of work, she enjoys working out and dancing. Her favorite quote is, “Life is God’s novel. Let Him write it.”
