Amada Senior Care of North Houston was awarded the highest possible rating in a recent Texas Health and Human Services survey. HHS surveys, including site visits, allow state employees to review a home care agency’s care practices and program documentation.

The HHS survey process helps to ensure that direct services provided by the visited agency are among the best in the senior care industry and are designed to help support the overall health of the agency’s clients. These results were certified for state-licensed Amada Senior Care of North Houston, owned and operated by Amy and Troy Tice.

State surveyors conduct an on-site review as part of the three-day HHS survey process. During the review, the survey team ensures the visited agency is in compliance with the regulations of the Texas Health and Human Services Commission.
