We needed care for my father. We were in crisis mode. Amada Senior Care was incredibly responsive from the start. They promptly assessed my father’s needs and had two caregivers in place within a week. What really sets Amada apart is their attention to detail. They don’t just place a caregiver and disappear. They follow up with regular meetings to discuss ongoing care, address any changes, and make sure we have the right fit. Their guidance has been invaluable, especially for a family new to navigating in-home care. I highly recommend Amada — a great experience from beginning to end.

We had Amada Senior Care support my day that was suffering from late-stage Alzheimer’s disease. They were amazing, took care of my dad like their own family. Amada was incredible! Dina and her team were wonderful as we worked to transition my Mom-in-Law 500 miles to be closer to us. Shannon took great care of Mom and made her feel safe, loved and cared for. The Amada team kept us informed each step of the way and even coached us as we struggled through the long-term care insurance claim process. This transition from her home to be with us was understandably stressful and overwhelming. Both her physical and cognitive abilities were declining rapidly which created incredible frustration for Mom and thus snowballed into further struggle. Amada enabled us to divide our time between caring for Mom, getting her new home set up, continue with our careers, take care of kiddos, and coordinate follow-on medical support. We could not have done it without Shannon’s loving heart and caring touch. We are incredibly grateful for their help and most importantly — for keeping Mom feeling loved, cared for, supported and safe during such a difficult time. My husband had a severe stroke in early June 2024. After discharge from a rehabilitation hospital and SNF we contracted with Amada Senior Care December 6 through January 13 when we moved to a new home in another area. Amada was very accommodating and easy to work and schedule with for reliable, compassionate care. Dina and Andrew Bilsbury were like family, welcoming us into their warm and caring agency. Their staff were dependable, timely, respectful, conscientious and loving. We always felt in very good hands and well cared for in every way. Dina and Andrew are truly amazing people! They provided emotional support, advice and excellent care for my mother during a very challenging and difficult illness. Amada has been wonderful in accommodating all my needs and is very flexible in meeting any changes in my schedules. My caretaker is always cheerful and helpful.

When Dina was made aware of our need for 7/24 care for our mom she arranged full-time coverage in a matter of days continuously for as long as we needed it. Dina coordinated care among her staff, the facility, and hospice. Amada’s caregivers were always kind and caring and became part of our family. They were our eyes and ears when we were unable to be at her side. We will be forever grateful for the service Dina and her staff provided!

I cannot thank Dina and her caretakers enough for the outstanding care they have provided for my mom. They have treated her as family, and I consider them a part of my family. My mom has been living with me for the past 2 plus years and I could not have done it without them. Dina has always been super caring and responsive to any of my cares or concerns. Her staff of caregivers are top notch and have always treated my mom with love and respect. Sadly, with her dementia and other health concerns, I just recently had to move her to a long care senior home. Dina was invaluable in helping and guiding me through the process. Dina and team are awesome. I knew the first time I spoke with Dina on the phone Amada was for us! We’ve been working with Amada for the past 1-1.5 years for my Mom. Amada Senior Care has been caring for my loved one in our home for 1 1/2 years now, and I can’t imagine having anyone else caring for him. The staff is compassionate, knowledgeable, and deeply committed to giving the best care possible. Many of his caretakers feel like extended members of our family. She knows first hand how important caring for a family member can be, and because of that, she is always accommodating when it comes to helping us meet our needs. I am so thankful that I can leave the house and know that my loved one is in good hands.

My mom and everyone in my family are grateful for the services that Amada has blessed us with for the past two years. My 90 year old mom broke her hip two years ago and Amada has made it possible for her to be happy and stay in her home. Along with their considerable services they have a professional, knowledgeable, kindhearted and understanding staff. When I have to get groceries or go to the drug store I always know I will come back to a peaceful and clean home. Its a great feeling knowing that my mom is in excellent hands. We are so happy with all of their help. My mom is home to stay and I am pleased that we are working with Amada. I have been with Amada Senior Care for 2yrs plus. I couldn’t ask for a better family oriented company to work with. I would recommend for any family members that need assistance with daily activities.
