This is a long overdue five star review. We had an excellent experience with Amada Senior Care in Modesto during a very stressful moment for our family. After my mom took a serious fall, we suddenly needed 24 hour care and help quickly. The Amada team responded immediately and helped us put together full time in home care almost overnight. Their responsiveness and communication with our family were outstanding. What impressed me most was how thoughtful they were in selecting caregivers. They didn’t just send whoever was available. They really took the time to match caregivers to my mom’s personality and specific needs, which made a huge difference in her comfort and our peace of mind. Every caregiver they placed in our home was professional, compassionate, and clearly experienced with senior care. Another reason I strongly recommend Amada Senior Care Modesto is their expertise in senior living placement. When families are trying to figure out whether a loved one should stay at home or move into assisted living or a care home, that process can feel overwhelming. Amada helps guide families through those decisions and can help evaluate the right assisted living or memory care options when the time comes. If my mom ever reaches the point where we need help finding the right long term care or assisted living community, I would absolutely trust Amada to help us navigate that. You can tell this organization truly cares about both the seniors they serve and the families who depend on them. This is so imporatant as I’ve seen placement companies just make their clients another number. Amada is completely different. Heidi Coston, the owner, leads with integrity and compassion, and that shows in the culture of the entire team. They truly care. It gave our family real confidence knowing we had professionals we could trust because dealing with aging parents is hard. When my dad was released from the hospital and we realized care was going to be necessary, we called Amada Senior Care Modesto. Even though we called late on a Saturday evening, our call was answered promptly and met with care and compassion. They were ready and willing to help with in-home care and placement to best meet our family’s needs and were knowledgeable with placement information and resources as well as flexible with in home care options. I would highly recommend Amada Senior Care Modesto.

They help with meals, transportation to medical centers, and being the hands and constant presence that our parents require. My older sister told me one day ! You should try and be a caregiver, you would do such a good job! (she was a caregiver herself) so I gave it a try ! Decided to Apply with Amada!!!! My experience with Amada has been incredibly awesome, I was given the opportunity to be part of the team, and I would forever be grateful. They take care of their employees like no other company that I have worked for has. I have learned so much in such a short period of time, Ashley always makes sure she personally trains and supports us as she introduces us to our amazing customers. Their support is amazing. I honestly love working for Amada. I always swore I’d never work for a caregiving company again after so many bad experiences, but I am so happy I gave Amada a chance. Heidi, Ashley, and Val are so easy to work with and for. They genuinely care about their employees and offer support whenever asked. I cannot say enough about Amada Senior Care in Modesto. My friend fell and needed help in the home while she was healing. I contacted Heidi Coston to find out about the care that they offer. She visited my friend with her account manager, Ashley the following morning. They were so gracious and kind and my friend was able to get help 4 hours a day, 3 days a week. The help was invaluable. They helped with cleaning, cooking, transporting, bathing and running errands. My friend went from feeling overwhelmed and defeated to becoming independent once again. I enjoyed watching my friend transform with the help of Amada. I would recommend their services to anyone.
