Olga was absolutely incredible. I have an aging mother and I had no idea where to begin. Everything felt overwhelming until Olga stepped in. She did not just give us information. She personally took us to every tour, she drove us herself, and she stayed with us through each visit. She was physically by our side for every step of this process. There needs to be more stars! Sometimes when major health crises hit, families need help and need it fast. This wonderful woman, Olga, noticed my father might not be getting all the benefits he was eligible for as a veteran. We didn’t even know to ask about such things and sure enough she was right. She helped us get through the VA process (no easy task). She also sat and talked with my mom and checked up on her regularly to make sure they were both getting everything they needed during a rough transition. Olga and Noelia are well known in our community from their work in the schools. They are genuinely wonderful souls who really care about people, and it shows in their work.
