From Day 1 in the hospital, owner Quinton explained how this works and gave me such peace of mind. Adrienne managed her team with skill. My first evening Cheryl helped me organize my sleeping and awake zones judiciously which gave me even more peace of midst of my digging thinking and pain. Then two care givers Zack and Alexis over the next two weeks navigated the snowy roads and were amazing by anticipating my needs and were very polite and knowledgeable. What great servant hearts they all had. I highly recommend Amada for home health care.

I’m very thankful for Amada and their eagerness to help my grandmother and my family navigate her home healthy journey. It was a very rough start and Quinton made the efforts to visit our home personally to try and resolve the issues. We were extremely thankful for Amada bringing us Felicia who quickly became a part of our family. Chanler, the nurse, was phenomenal and answered all of my questions. Adrienne was very helpful and even came to the house on the occasions when my grandmother was very sick. The experience overall was positive, and I’m glad that our paths crossed.

Specifically, Quinton went above and beyond by helping our family navigate the complexities of my father’s Long-Term Care (LTC) policy. His deep knowledge of the industry and his willingness to walk us through those critical discussions provided us with much-needed clarity at a time when we were overwhelmed. Even though our family’s path ultimately led us to inpatient hospice care rather than home care, Quinton’s integrity never wavered. Betsey Horth and I want to thank Amada Senior Care for helping the transition of our friend Marcella to be so dignified and comfortable for Marcella. We particularly want to thank Jennifer, Eunice, and Kathlene for their time and devotional and practical caring of Marcella. Chanler, Samantha and Adrienne went the extra mile in pulling together an outstanding team of caregivers and stepped in when needed to ensure someone was always at hand to take care of Marcella’s needs.

Amada has been amazing in their patience and flexibility helping us fine tune the care our parent needed. All caregivers have done exception work, but Cheryl has been one of a kind…talented, caring cheerful and very knowledgeable. I am in awe of her skills.

This company offers a very important service. Quinton worked with us and was very compassionate and flexible for our situation. My Dad was actively passing away and they sent a very nice person immediately several times to sit with both my Dad and Mom when we couldn’t be there.
