In short order, they were able to meet our schedule request, match two incredible caregivers (Maureen and Roxie) with my Mom and provide access to care notes online so after each visit, we can immediately see how her day went. By chance I answered the call from Quinton @ Amada while on a search for home care for my father. He was without a doubt the kindest, most knowledgeable, willing to help and not pushy at all!! He patiently walked my family and I through the process to find the best care for our father. He met with us several times, introduced us to Heather (who also had all the same qualities as Quinton) she assisted us with touring several facilities. Heather’s experience was evident and helpful through this tough journey. Finally, Ms Debbie, she helped us with our father’s long term care insurance, filled and filed the paperwork. Must be a requirement to work at Amada to be AMAZING! Thank you is not enough, the folks at Amada are excellent at helping you with your precious parents and their senior care!!

During an incredibly stressful and rapidly changing situation with my father, Quinton was a steady hand and an invaluable resource. Specifically, Quinton went above and beyond by helping our family navigate the complexities of my father’s Long-Term Care (LTC) policy. His deep knowledge of the industry and his willingness to walk us through those critical discussions provided us with much-needed clarity at a time when we were overwhelmed. Even though our family’s path ultimately led us to inpatient hospice care rather than home care, Quinton’s integrity never wavered. He remained supportive and available at a moment’s notice, showing that his priority was my father’s well-being, not just ‘making a sale.’ Quinton is a truly positive reflection of the Amada brand—showing that they prioritize compassion, expertise, and family advocacy above all else. We particularly want to thank Jennifer, Eunice, and Kathlene for their time and devotional and practical caring of Marcella. Chanler, Samantha and Adrienne went the extra mile in pulling together an outstanding team of caregivers and stepped in when needed to ensure someone was always at hand to take care of Marcella’s needs.

Amada has been amazing in their patience and flexibility helping us fine tune the care our parent needed. All caregivers have done exception work, but Cheryl has been one of a kind…talented, caring cheerful and very knowledgeable. I am in awe of her skills.

This company offers a very important service. Quinton worked with us and was very compassionate and flexible for our situation. My Dad was actively passing away and they sent a very nice person immediately several times to sit with both my Dad and Mom when we couldn’t be there. Quinton and his team could not have been more helpful and compassionate when trying to find home health care for our father. He is very knowledgeable in this field and I trusted him completely. He took a huge burden off of us by literally handling everything.

On her very first and only night with my Dad, Julia was by his side not knowing it would be his last night – no one did. She called me in the early morning to let me know she saw a change, and I was able to get there right before he passed.
