Caregiver Avelle, who we contract through Amada, provides 12 hours of care each week for my two elderly parents, who with assistance from family are still able to live in their own home. Avelle has been truly exceptional in her support. She is caring, compassionate, and consistently cheerful, bringing warmth and calm to every visit. Avelle doesn’t just help with practical needs, she genuinely connects with my parents. She comforts them, engages them in meaningful conversation, and creates a sense of companionship they look forward to. She also has an ability to anticipate what they need and steps in to assist them around the house and with personal care tasks without being asked. Both of my parents thoroughly enjoy Avelle’s company and look forward to her visits. The closeness and trust she has built with them is not only beneficial for my parents—it is deeply comforting for my siblings and me as well. Through Armada we have a caregiver Kizzy Johnson whom i am reviewing today. She is a tremendous blessing to us. We think of her as family and our children all love her and have meet her. She is an excellent caregiver and is always cleaning, washing Jacks bedding, and cooking for both of us. I’m very comfortable leaving Jack in her care while I run errands some days. We both think very highly of her as a person and friend and Jack is always saying he misses her. When she is not able to be here on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday. I give her a gigantic A Plus. For the last 6 months Khadija had been an important person to my husband and myself in enabling us to get around and do the things we need to do. When we lived in our home, she was a fantastic helper inside and outside. Taking us to many Dr appointments, grocery stores, etc. She’s also helpful with household tasks that we are unable to perform. She’s always cheerful and raises our spirits. For the last 3 months we’ve been in a senior living community and Khadija continues to be an important part of our lives.

My Home health aid Nancy was great! She was on time for getting me to my doctors appt. She is very personable and has done a great job for me.

We have used the services of Amada since October 2024. Amada’s caregivers are knowledge and professional. We are still using Amada’s caregivers and have recently focused on a single caregiver a few times a week. Her name is Nancy G and she is wonderful. Amada is wonderful! The admin are really helpful and get things done so quickly, which is really nice. We love our caregiver Raiona. She’s attentive and hard working. She’s very patient and kind and I know my parents are in good hands when I have to leave the house.
My parents are the most precious things in life. My dad is 91 and feel and broke his hip. He was the primary caregiver for my mom which is 89 with Alzheimer’s. When searching for someone to take care of them during the daytime It was very hard for me. We had a couple different caregivers in the home, but Pauline is the BEST of the BEST! I can now run errands, knowing that they are in great hands and not have to worry about a thing. She is A kind, loving and caring person and treat my parents as if they were her own. I don’t know what I do without her in our lives. Thank you for all you do Pauline, you are truly a part of our family now!
AMADA is an excellent choice for Home Health Care. They are especially good for Veterans. They were very hands on when it came guiding the through getting financial assistance Our regular caregiver Porsche, is very punctual and has helped us complete daily tasks most take for granted I am my husband’s caregiver, but just had back surgery The entire staff is very professionals and always helpful. Highly recommend!
Kim with Amada has been absolutely amazing for my parents. I realized something the last time I saw them together. She treats my Mom like she is her own Mom. An outstanding company that crosses the t’s and dots the i’s when it comes to getting the VA paperwork done. Sean will do the bulk of the paperwork with you, so you are not trying to figure it out on your own. Amada caregivers have been outstanding even when I was going through some trying circumstances. Sarah was the caregiver that called the ambulance when I needed it. She realized something was wrong and got me the help I needed. This is an excellent company with a team of people who care!
I was very happy with the service I received with Amada Senior Care. I called to request their services for the next day as my husband was being released from the hospital and Sean contacted me to let me know he would have two staff members at my house the next morning. I can’t thank Amy enough for her professionalism, knowledge and immediately took charge of caring for my husband. Jarvis was also there working with Amy and he was amazing as he immediately engaged with my husband. He was so cordial and struck up a conversation that put my husband at ease during this difficult time. They both went above and beyond and I will be forever be grateful to them.
