Our family has been so thankful to work with Amada as they cared for our dad for the past year. It was a relief knowing dad was visited by the same caring individuals who looked in on and offered companionship each day to dad. I especially want to recognize Kimberley who always gave her whole heart and was such a blessing to us all. Fawn’s gentle nature and concern for dad was wonderful. We have used Amada Senior Care since December ‘23. We have had a young lady named Claudia that has been with us since the beginning of our home health needs. She helps us with our personal needs, takes us to appointments, picks up grocery orders, pharmacy scripts, and cooks our meals. She’s been a true blessing every day. Her young spirit keeps us feeling uplifted every day! The owner of Amada, Eric, has gone above and beyond being available to assist with LTC issues, very knowledgeable about veterans benifits, and any other concerns you may have about your health care. My mother adores Fawn, her caregiver who is with her 6 of 7 days a week. And her caregiver on Sunday, Diana she also loves. A third caregiver, Michelle has stepped in to help out when Fawn has days off and she’s been terrific. So far, 3 of 3 is awesome and working with Amada has been a great experience and we feel fortunate that we haven’t had any aids that were not a fit. Thanks also to Reese and Eric for making it so easy to work with Amada.

Amada Senior Care was incredibly helpful in explaining benefits and options that I did not realize were available to me. Eric reviewed my long-term care insurance policy in detail and helped me understand how the elimination period and future benefits work. Eric also explained that I may qualify for home health aide services through the VA Community Care Network, even though I did not serve during wartime. I now have a clear plan for coordinating my VA benefits with my long-term care insurance when I need care. Eric was knowledgeable, patient, and generous with his time. Amada jumped in to provide 24/7 care for a family member in a time of urgent need. Sean, Pam, and Amy were always responsive to questions and concerns, I never felt like I had to chase down someone to help. The caregivers they sent were perfect for our family. Amonie especially offered compassionate care and presence which ensured our peace of mind. We are so grateful for their work!

My husband has two debilitating diseases, and we were introduced to a program, in partnership with the Veteran’s Administration. This program, Rippl, sent representatives from Amada Senior Care to interview us, assess my husband’s needs, inspect our residence for any safety features that might need ” tweaking “, and we were so impressed with their interest, professionalism, and abilities that we have been using their services for over a year now. We signed up with Amada Senior Care so that my Mom could have twice a day reminders for her medication needs. Mom fought me on this service at first, but it has worked out wonderfully. She enjoys the ladies that come to her apt and any time that I have been there, they have been prompt and courteous, but most of all kind and very engaged with Mom.

Brittany has been wonderful to our Mom, from day one. She treated her like family and cared for her with a compassionate and loving attitude. She was always responsive to our concerns and returned my phone calls promptly. I’m so grateful for the loving care she gave our Mom.

Amada has been so helpful with my brother’s care at an independent living facility. They help with his showers and medication reminders. Of all the companies and organizations we have worked with over the past 60 days in the process of transitioning my 99 year old father from independent to assisted living, none has been more professional or shown more genuine care and concern for his well being than Amada. I highly recommend their services. In particular, I’m so grateful for Eric and his continued pursuit of coordinating everything in a timely manner. A real pro, just like all the people who came after him. They truly care about the elderly people they are serving.

Our family has used Amada Senior Care multiple times. Each time, we have been facing a challenging experience and found a family member in need of excellent care quickly. When we reach out to Amada, they respond with empathy and understanding. We called with worry and they responded with action. My family needed help. and I had a tough time trusting anyone with my family’s well-being. I’m so glad I trusted Amada. They’ve saved my mother and myself so much time. Gemill, our caretaker, has been a God send. My grandmother is strong willed and stubborn. Yet Gemill has been patient and understanding every single day. I’m grateful there are people out there that legitimately care.

Although the care my boyfriend’s Mom needs is more toward nursing home care, Eric took the time to help us with her insurance policy review so we could better understand what we were dealing with. I am so pleased with Amada Senior Care in Dallas. Eric made the sign-up process seamless and Tabora provides excellent communication to ensure I am aware of what is occurring with my relative and any changes in the schedule. The online calendar is easy to read and keeps me informed of shifts. Each caregiver has been very professional, friendly, and has treated my relative with the utmost care. It is comforting knowing that these caregivers would tend to every need of my relative whether in the hospital or rehabilitation center setting. My plan is to schedule them again when my relative transitions to assisted living.

Amada caregivers recently provided invaluable care and help to my mother AND to our family during Mom’s final days. Knowing that we had kind, gentle, and highly competent people to watch over her for a few hours each day was such a blessing! We were especially impressed and grateful for Grace, Sarah and a few others whose levels of kindness and compassion were at an even higher and more amazing level.
