Wonderful Service

If you need support at home Amada is quite simply the best. I have called them twice for assistance and this last time Kevin came to the hospital and advocated for my brother in law and found what he needed and made sure it was covered by insurance, he did all this even though Amada could not provide the services and if they did we would have had to private pay. Amazing, they are truly caring advocates and go the extra mile. If we have a further need in the future this is the only company I would call.

I have worked with Bob and his team for years now on a professional level as a referral service and also as a personal service. I have to say that he has always been extremely supportive and responsive to the needs of my clients. He and his team go out of their way to make suggestions for things that can help make clients lives easier or better. In my own personal experience with my own family member he worked hard to find solutions for payment using VA resources that we had no idea were available. He worked tirelessly even through the challenges of COVID to be sure family was taken care of and protected. He treats his clients like family members because he cares and it shows. Even if there is a situation where he can’t help he tries to find resources for you that can help or goes the extra mile to find facilities that will help in specific situations. Bob and his team are different than anyone else out there in the best ways that you can think of. Finding folks that you can actually trust is.. is priceless. I can’t recommend them highly enough.. beyond five stars.

Using Amada for my Moms needs has been an absolutely great experience! Our aide Shayla has been a godsend!! She is so kind and caring towards my Mom. Two thumbs up for Amanda and Mr. BOB. I Had a list of 20 facilities to call and figure out the care of my daughter. Amanda was the ONLY facility to call me back and try to work out a plan for my daughter. Well guess what mr. BOB came through with flying colors !! A+ thanks Bob from the Dennis family !!

When I recently needed assistance for my mother to transition from the hospital back to her assisted living facility, Amada was able to very quickly get her assessed and provide an aide for her. We were delighted with her aide Jakiah who was very sweet and engaging and not only ensured my mom’s safety, but encouraged her to do her exercises and walk frequently to regain her strength and mobility.

When we unexpectedly lost my father, we immediately had to figure out how to take care of my mother as he was her full time caregiver. After fumbling through how best to care for her, we were connected with Amanda after a recommendation from a very close family friend who works in the medical field. From day 1, they were responsive, empathetic, phenomenal advisors, they were everything we needed. Ben was our most consistent caregiver, he was so gentle and soothing in providing physical and emotional help not just for my mom, but my wife and I as well. Tracey from Amada was equally incredible, helping us navigate assisted living facilities that made the most sense so she could be properly helped and taken care of long term. We were put in a very difficult situation all at once, and I’m not sure we would’ve been able to handle it all without Amada’s assistance, and for that we’ll be forever grateful.

AMADA has been a blessing from the start. My family has dealt with other home care companies while trying to manage my grandfathers care in his home. No one compares to the quality of AMADA as a whole. Not only are their caregivers kind, professional and on time. Their office staff is communicative, realistic and knowledgeable in the field. Kevin has been nothing short of helpful while dealing with the stress of caring for my grandpa. Special shoutout to Carol for being one of my grandfathers favorites.

Amada Senior Care has been outstanding in supplying RN nurses at my home. I have a PICC IV and required IV antibiotics 8 hours apart every day for 6 weeks. All the RN nurses have been outstanding, reliable and on-time. I highly recommend Amada Senior Care and would definitely use them in the future.

When a friend was out of town and her mother experienced a medical emergency, she had an Amada member stay at her mom’s hospital bedside to be boots on the ground until she could get there. They met with doctors and hospital staff and kept her abreast of what was happening so her mom was not alone. Such an incredible company! They tailor their services to your needs! Highly recommend!

Amada Senior Care played an important role helping my grandfather stay in his home for almost a year. at that point, Tracey took over and was great in helping assist with placing my grandfather in the proper level of care facility when the time came. Everyone was very professional, but also extremely caring! Thank you for everything!

If I give a zero I would. I was referred to this company through a co-worker. The lady I spoke with was very nice and informative. She was going to have the operations manager call me. Two things. He had an appointment to come meet me a few weeks ago. I was unaware it was the same guy and same company Here he cancelled the appointment no explanation why not just didnt show up. . Then I found out he violated HIPPA laws by telling people i knew ( what rehab facility I was at). I was very hurt to say the least. Who know what else is said. I will never consider using them.

Bob and his team helped us navigate through the initial review of my father while he was still in care, to the submission of the insurance documents – clearly Bob and his team have a special skill set helping families navigate complex insurance claims. In addition, the care giver assigned to my father has been a life saver – they love him and accept him into their home – we are beyond thrilled and would highly recommend Amada to anyone seeking senior care! I’m so glad we chose Amada for in-home care for our mother. Christine has been wonderful and very kind. Caring for someone with dementia who is quite anxious is not easy, but within the first week my mom said, “talking with Christine is just like talking with one of my kids…”. My mom felt very comfortable and trusting with her care very quickly, which is not an easy feat- I’ve been a nurse for 24 years and mom still occasionally questions me if I ‘know what I doing’ when I’m caring for her lol ;). The administrator Kevin also understood how important it was to our family to have ‘one full time caregiver’ to help ease anxiety that comes with changes in routine for mom, versus the ‘several different caregivers’ other home care companies were suggesting- and Kevin certainly delivered the best to our home with Christine!

We have been really happy with Amada. There caregivers have been excellent. They have provided 24 hour care for our mom who is not the easiest person to care for. Kevin has been great to work with and the staff is wonderful.

Amada has been great to work with. Bob helped with my aunts long term care insurance. He did a free review and even submitted the claim. The Amada caregivers have also been excellent. My Aunt absolutely Michelle.

After a hospitalization in 2023 we enlisted Amada Senior Care Westlake to help with my father’s day to day living. Amada set us up with two amazing home health aides who helped with my father over the last year and a half. Sharon and Chelbie have just been great with Dad. Their compassion and care are unmatched. My father enjoys the time the ladies spend with him and we appreciate all the help they give him and us. They have help with the day to day tasks around the house that he just can’t do anymore. Would recommend Amada and the team there to anyone! I would give them 10 stars if I could. We are very thankful for all they have done for dad!

Our family has been using caretakers from Amada for 3 weeks now. They have all been reliable and easy to have around. We have been particularly impressed with Mason and Sharise. They both have been outstanding in understanding and respecting my father, the patient.

Bob and the Amanda team have been great. We were using another agency that had said they could help with our Long Term Care Insurance. Our claim ended up getting denied. Bob was able to submit an appeal and get the denial reversed. The office staff has been great and their caregivers have been wonderful. I could not recommend Amada Senior Care more!!!
