Jennifer and Adam Busch, owners of Amada Senior Care City of Chicago, deeply appreciate the confidence and trust that seniors and their families have placed in them when it comes to providing quality in-home caregiving. They know from personal experience that caregiving is a roll-up-your-sleeves, hands-on vocation, and their goal is delivering compassionate senior in-home care that enriches the lives of their clients.
Says Adam, “I feel that my professional experiences, skill set and love for seniors make a positive difference for Amada clients. My business experience over the last 15 years has been spent developing meaningful partnerships and resources aimed at bettering the lives of Chicagoans. My appreciation for seniors stems from the treasured bonds I had with my own grandparents. My grandparents instilled a great work ethic and sound values. They showed me the importance of respecting people, treating others with kindness and making people feel special. Jen and I will ensure that you’ll receive the same level of care we’d provide for our own family.”
Adam’s business acumen and admiration for seniors, combined with Jennifer’s experience as a trainer and operations manager, qualify them to provide the highest standard of home care and senior community housing solutions for their clients in Chicago. He and Jennifer are dedicated to providing personalized senior in-home care and senior community housing options to their neighbors in Albany Park, Andersonville, Avondale, Bucktown, Edgewater, Gold Coast, Humboldt Park, Hyde Park, Irving Park, Kenwood, Lakeview, Lincoln Park, Lincoln Square, Little Italy and University Village, Logan Square, Loop, Magnificent Mile, North Center, Old Town, Portage Park, Ravenswood, River North, Rogers Park, Roscoe Village, South Loop, Streeterville, Ukrainian Village, Uptown, West Loop, West Town, Wicker Park, Wrigleyville, and other areas.
Says Jennifer, “Starting Amada in Chicago with Adam is an amazing adventure. I’m thrilled that we are able to work for ourselves in a way that has such a positive impact. I’m incredibly fortunate in that my job is to help seniors and their families to have more enriched lives, and I get to do this with my favorite person, my husband. My parents were both diagnosed with cancer far too young, and my two sisters and I acted as caregivers for both of them until they passed. Because we provided round-the-clock, hands-on care, I feel I’m able to relate to our wonderful caregivers on another level. People who are ready and willing to help others on such a personal level are a gift, and we strive to ensure our caregivers fully know how much we appreciate them.”

I just wanted to take a quick moment to say thank you to your team and all the caregivers we have had so far. My brother and all of us have been very happy with the care he is getting. It is truly helping our family members put our minds at ease. We know there is a lot of behind the scenes work and process to run this business efficiently, so please pass on our appreciation to everyone.
I was referred to the agency by my orthopedic team following surgery. I give this agency a 5-star (of 5) rating for the following reasons:
1. Every attempt is made to match client and caregiver characteristics, i.e., care needs and personalities.
2. May contact agency by phone or text or email 24/7.
3. Updates provided with changes in schedules or caregivers.
4. Caregivers will accompany clients to outside medical appointments as needed.
My husband is a very complicated case at almost age 82 with an insulin pump, pacemaker /defibrillator , hearing aids, macular degeneration, physical exercises, and a regimen of medications and diet. The caretakers have been carefully selected for quality, attention to detail, and personality. The agency is instantly in touch with us and caregivers if the need arises. Always. And the caregivers speak highly of the agency and its owner, Adam. The personal touch and concern is amazing. I can’t speak highly enough about their reliability and respect for the patient, family, and caregivers. 5 STAR ALL THE WAY!
This is an emotional decision for everyone involved, and our goal at Amada Senior Care in City of Chicago is to guide families through the placement process with wisdom, empathy and competence.
For some seniors, an assisted living community, typically offering non-complex medical services, may be a good fit. Others may require a bit more support and may be better served in a nursing home or different type of care community.
