Games, prizes, and a little friendly competition

On Saturday, October 17, 2026, Erika and Guersel from Amada Senior Care Woodstock joined the Fall Festival at Camellia Place. We had a wonderful time playing games with residents and their families, and ring toss brought out everyone’s competitive side. The residents were ready to win prizes, making each turn fun to watch.

Our cookies were popular, too, and we enjoyed sharing them while catching up with people throughout the day. Most of all, we appreciated the great conversations and the chance to spend relaxed, unhurried time together.

Music that got everyone dancing

Musician Butch Reeves was amazing. He’s such a talented performer, and his music got everyone dancing. It was a joyful part of the afternoon and added to the warm, welcoming feel of the festival.

The weather felt like fall’s first hello: a bit colder than the days before, but wonderfully sunny. It made for a lovely day to be outside, enjoy the festivities, and connect with neighbors.
