Our First Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours — A Warm Welcome to the Community

When we launched Amada Senior Care Woodstock in June 2026, we didn’t just open an office — we made a commitment to become a real part of this community. That commitment took a meaningful step forward on Tuesday, June 16th, when we attended our very first Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours event.

As new Chamber members, we were eager to get involved from day one. The Business After Hours gathering is exactly the kind of event we had been looking forward to — an informal, relaxed setting where local business owners, professionals, and community leaders come together to connect, share ideas, and simply enjoy each other’s company.

A Warm Welcome From Day One

And what a first experience it was.

From the moment we walked in, the warmth of the room was impossible to miss. There was no formal agenda, no pressure — just genuine conversation and a familiar, welcoming atmosphere that made it feel less like a networking event and more like catching up with neighbors. The delicious food and sweets certainly didn’t hurt either!

Building Meaningful Community Connections

We had the pleasure of making some wonderful new connections throughout the evening — fellow business owners, community champions, and professionals who share the same dedication to making Woodstock and Cherokee County a great place to live, work, and grow. For a business like ours, whose entire purpose is to serve families and seniors right here in this community, those relationships mean everything.

At Amada Senior Care Woodstock, we believe that caring for seniors doesn’t stop at the front door of a home — it extends into the neighborhoods, partnerships, and community fabric that surround them. Events like the Chamber’s Business After Hours remind us just how strong that fabric already is here in Cherokee County, and how honored we are to be weaving ourselves into it.
