Team Amada Walks the Thriller 5K for Breast Cancer Awareness

On Friday, October 16, 2026, Amada Senior Care Woodstock was proud to sponsor the annual Thriller 5K hosted by the Kappa Upsilon Chapter of Zeta Tau Alpha at Georgia College. Alisha, daughter of owner Guersel Cosgun, and her boyfriend Joe walked to represent the Amada Senior Care Woodstock sponsored team, and finished in under an hour. Most importantly, they had a lot of fun taking part in a meaningful community event.

Walking Together for an Important Cause

The Thriller 5K raises money for the Zeta Tau Alpha Foundation and the chapter’s philanthropy, Breast Cancer Education, Awareness and Research. Education, awareness and research matter because they help keep this important cause in public conversation and support the work of organizations dedicated to it. Every community member who walks, runs or cheers helps bring people together around that shared purpose.
