ReAnne Beeton is the dedicated owner of Amada Senior Care in West Covina. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and over two decades of experience in the healthcare industry, ReAnne brings a wealth of knowledge in Long Term Care Insurance, insurance benefits, needs and diagnosis-driven resources, leadership, and advocacy.

Her deep-seeded passion for making a difference and helping others shines through her active involvement in community engagement. Cathi Vowels | Care Coordinator

Cathi’s journey into senior care began 25 years ago, driven by a desire for flexibility when her youngest son started school. She embarked on this path with hands-on experience as a caregiver at an In-Home Care agency, eventually transitioning to a Skilled Nursing facility. Over the years, Cathi has worn many hats, including Admissions Coordinator, Social Services/VA Liaison, Community Outreach & Marketing, and HR.

While her professional experience is extensive, it is Cathi’s personal journey that truly defines her passion. Caring for her father before his passing and now supporting her mother, who is in the later stages of Dementia, has profoundly shaped her commitment to homecare. Cathi’s heart lies in the opportunity to work one-on-one with clients and their families, providing the compassionate and personalized care they deserve.

As Care Coordinator, Cathi also understands that caregivers are the heart of our business. She is dedicated to building strong, supportive relationships with our caregivers, ensuring they feel valued and empowered. By fostering a nurturing environment for both clients and caregivers, Cathi helps create a community where everyone thrives.

Estephany Reyes | Field Supervisor

Estefany, the Field Supervisor at Amada Senior Care in San Dimas, is deeply committed to Amada’s mission of enhancing the lives of seniors through compassionate and nurturing home care. Her journey in senior care began at the age of 18, when she took on a “side gig” at a local senior living facility during college. This experience sparked her passion for senior care, deeply influenced by her treasured memories with her grandparents.

Since then, Estefany has gained extensive experience in various aspects of home care, including caregiving/CNA, care coordination, scheduling, community outreach, recruiting, and office administration. She takes great pleasure in overseeing both office and field operations, ensuring that every senior and caregiver experiences the AMADA Way of caregiving.

With a decade of experience in the industry, Estefany shares, “Advocating for seniors is my way of honoring my grandmother. I know she’s smiling down at me.”
