Wow, thank you TEAM Amada! We all value our needed jobs, but it’s especially heart warming to know we are also valuable! You are all great to work for and with. There is an old saying I once read… that a good supervisor manages quietly and allows the employee to be creative and grow. The employees express their ideas; not even noticing the quiet direction the supervisor gave. Then the Supervisor can sit back with pride and deserved direction as he hears the employees say “we did this ourselves!” Amada is that way. The heart and words on our badges is real and it shows!!! I contacted Amada to get help for my dad. Not only were they able to help get a wonderful caregiver for us, they also helped with his long-term care insurance policy. They reviewed it and explained all of the benefits to us. Helped us contact the carrier (they actually got on the phone with us and the carrier to initiate the claims process and are handling all of the claims for us). I know we would not have been able to get through all of this so quickly without their help. Everyone that I have worked with has been so wonderful and I am so thankful that we found them.

I contacted Amada and visited with Tonnie Wainscott. My husband needed non-emergency transport to St. John's Hospital for a blood transfusion. All the arrangements were made for him promptly and professionally.
Kem came to pick up Bob right on time. He was very friendly, well dressed and put us both at ease. He not only got Bob to St. John's, he got him a wheelchair and took him up to the infusion floor himself. He stayed with him until they called his name. Bob had never had an infusion before, so he appreciated this greatly. Bob called me to let me know he was ready for pickup later on, only to stop in the middle of our conversation to let me know that Kem was standing right there to escort him out of the hospital! He had apparently spoken with staff to get an approximate completion time, and was right there to ensure Bob didn't have to wait to come home.
We can't say enough wonderful things about Amada, and will definitely use them again if necessary. We would recommend them without hesitation.
