I have seen first hand how they care for the seniors in their community and the passion that they have to ensure that these seniors enjoy their golden years. Kelli really does a great job at creating a care plan that is tailored to their client’s needs and makes sure that the family is updated around every turn. I would highly recommend a call to AMADA for some direction when your loved one needs care.
The people they send to your house have absolutely no skills, training or common sense. There are call-outs that result in nobody being sent to the home to care for clients and they don’t notify you until after they should have been there. Not professional, not reliable, not consistent. Absolute bare minimum job.
