Great service provider, they were able to act quickly to provide caregivers on very short notice. Nadia is one of their caregivers and she was so sweet with Dad and engaged with him to help keep his spirits up during his recovery. I had a great experience having Amada Senior Care taking care of my clients. They always showed up for their shifts and provided great compassionate care . Communication is also excellent with the owner and everyone else involved. Thumbs up

I would like to let everyone know about Shaquina. This woman has been here several times to sit with my father. She gets my father up & walking several times a visit, has hom walking straighter too. Today she helped him shave, brush his teeth, get washed & ready for bed. Even if that’s her job, she does it with a smile & actually talks to my father. They have a great friendship. Dishes were done after lunch & she swept my house before she left. Her smile & personality says it all….she loves her job. I totaly trust her if we have to leave. if I could afford it I’d keep her 24/7! Looking forward to seeing her again. She’s a great asset to your company.

Cheyenne was great. They came in an emergency at 10pm on Easter Sunday. Really saved us. 100% would recommend.

My husband had a stroke and needed someone to sit round the clock with him at the rehab and hospital as he needed assistance getting up and helping with meals. As we all know there is not enough staff at these places to be of assistance to patients right away. I have personally witnessed elderly in the hospital being served their meal and the food tray was delivered and just left by the bedside until someone had the time to come help them eat. My husband was confused at times and I felt more safe with help round the clock since I could not be there 24/7. I chose Amada over several other places as they were very prompt in returning my call and very professional and caring over the phone and in person. I looked into several local agencies at first and was impressed with Amada. Every one of their employees who sat with my husband were awesome. They were very engaged in his well being and were my eyes and ears when I was not there. They treated him like a family member and when I was there on some long days I enjoyed getting to know about them as I am a talker and getting to know each one made me feel good about leaving him in their hands. It felt reassuring to have a caring and considerate person taking care of a loved one. The management staff were on call at all hours if I needed them which is a great plus. I highly recommend this agency to anyone who needs a helping hand in these stressful situations in our lives. Trish St. Augustine FL.

I have recently been helping an elderly friend with absolutely no family move from assisted living, to hospital, then rehab and finally to a new care community. I am so grateful to Jess and Amada for their immediate and caring response in each instance. The assigned caregivers have been prompt and helpful, but it is the exceptionally kind Renée who quickly became the favorite and is still the most requested.

We had a wonderful experience working with Amada Senior Care. My mother was paired with an excellent aide who she bonded with quickly and developed a sweet friendship with over the course of just a few days. Her aide was a wonderful support for the whole family as her health began to decline and throughout the end of life process. When we realized that my mom needed additional hours of care each day, the team at Amada as well as her aide were able to instantly accommodate her changing needs. The continuity of care was a huge relief to our family during a very difficult time. I am so grateful to the owners Jess and Alan for their commitment to quality senior care and developing relationships with the clients and their families. I cannot recommend more highly.

I have never had a caregiver come to the house and I needed someone while my son went on a vacation.He found Amada Semior Care on line had interview with them and myself We were happy with them and they said they had the perfect match for me. Every caregiver that Jess sent us was amazing. Each one was kind, prompt, and professional. Additionally, every part of the process including contracting and billing was transparent and professional, and because of the app and care notes, I felt I knew what was going on with my mom even when I wasn’t there. Jess really listened to our needs and delivered what she promised. Highly recommend.
