I’ve known the Amada team for close to ten years, and they have always provided top level service and compassionate care. Staff is very “user friendly”.
Only needed caregivers for a couple of days but they were professional and nice.
I would certainly use the if the need arises in the future.

I just got off the phone with a gentlemen and I am not working here at this time but the way that this company takes pride in what they do very well organized and answered all my questions very thorough. Very much tell he takes pride in his Business,staff and clients. If you are looking for home health for your loved one I recommend this place as well. Hope to update soon with my personal experience.

The employees at Amada are the best! Carly is amazingly supportive and responsive. Julie and Lori were like family. I live out of state and did not worry for one second about her care. I was kept in constant communication about everything and they helped me get mom set up with home hospice with Kindred over the weekend. My family and I are so blessed to have been able to be taken such good care of during the short time they were with my mom. Julie was with me every minute I needed her on my mom’s last day and last minutes. Amada takes care of everything so you don’t need to worry about caring, making meals, and cleaning. I have nothing negative to say a out this team of angels. We could not have gotten through this time and my mom would not have been able to peacefully pass in her home without them. I can’t recommend high enough!

Amada was critical in providing support and personnel as we worked the near impossible task of managing my mother-in-law’s care from 2400 miles away. They stepped on very short notice and sent good to absolutely excellent care givers. Several times we called after hours when a privately hired caregiver called in sick. Amada called back within 15 minutes (even in the middle of the night) and began the search for a caregiver who could be there within a few hours. And they always found someone! The manager of caregivers was understanding, upbeat and truly concerned about my mother-in-law’s well-being. We were on the phone with her a lot! Amada’s solidity, responsiveness and quality are what you need when caring for a frail elderly person. They are far and away the best agency we worked with in Reno.

Amada has been very good providing care services to our elderly mother. They are prompt and caring, and the communication with the family, mostly via daily logs kept in a notebook but also via the coordinator at the office, is helpful to us keeping track of mother’s daily condition.

Vic their community liaison goes to the same gym as I go to, very nice guy we work out together some times.
I also visited their office and about 6 different caregiver’s so far I have to say they are all very kind people and seem to enjoy what they do.
I would recommend Amada to anyone needing senior care either short term rehabilitation or long term they seem to have it all covered.

I needed an immediate 9 pm to 9 am caregiver who could administer drugs. Amada was recommended by Circle of Life Hospice and that was the best recommendation! I called, explained what I needed and they were able to accommodate me within 2 hours of my call. Some paperwork done, and an angel appeared both nights from Amada! We got some rest, and my mother got quality care. Both caregivers left detailed notes on meds, comfort and activity level of the patient. I can’t thank the caregivers enough for all they did. So lucky we have a company like Amada in Reno!

Amada senior care is not only a very organized, professional and caring company.
It’s like a big family.
Theirs always time for clients, the families and caregivers.
Even the owner Ryan Hart is working every day.
Carly LeBlanc keeps everything organized and is the sweetest lady.
The office staff is above and beyond amazing.
I have nothing but good experiences and they have helped me in time of need. Made sure my kids and I are ok.
Amada is 5 stars for me.
And I 100% reccomend them.

Great experience for home care needs. They were responsive, understanding and assigned the best caretakers for our father (Donna and Darleen, we’re talking to you!) – always punctual, compassionate and trustworthy! Carly went the extra mile or two to provide extra training and equipment when needed. Ryan & company are a godsend.
