Our family has been so fortunate to be receiving care for our parents through Amada for nine months now. It was the best decision we made. With the initial phone call, Lisa was compassionate and helpful, answering all my questions and then making arrangements. Nelly was wonderful, patient and kind and paired our Dad with Francine. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Francine. She has been a godsend assisting our Dad with his needs. Francine is so kind, caring, patient and compassionate with our Dad. We are so fortunate to have her in our lives. She now also assists feeding our mom in memory care a couple days a week as well. She advocates for our mom and treats her with such kindness. Francine is a wonderful person and I am grateful for her help and friendship. In addition, our mom has received great care and kindness from several additional staff including Vicki, Christiana, Kaitlyn, and Nyoka. We are so grateful for their patience and help assisting our mom. Coordinating all these efforts is Nelly. We are so grateful for her excellent communication and support making sure our parents receive the care they need. Thank you!

Working with Amanda Senior Care has been a Godsend for our family. My sister and I live out of state and our parents were in need of help. We can’t say enough good things about every aspect of their agency: – the administration (Lisa and Nelly) have EXCELLENT communication with us. They monitor our parents and let us know immediately if there’s a problem so we can take action. They also have an excellent online documentation system where the caregivers write their daily notes that we can access too. – the care giving staff have been exceptional. They help feed and assist with ADL’s with our mom and have been wonderful helping coordinate care between the ALF and her Hospice team. FRANCINE goes above and beyond in assisting our dad. She keeps the house impeccably clean and well-organized. She helps Dad plan his meals, cooks and shops when needed and has a beautiful way of connecting with him. Dad is always happy on days when he sees Francine. We are very grateful to the entire staff at Amada Senior Care and very highly recommend them. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Amada has been a welcome addition to my mom’s caregiving team. Her needs recently changed, requiring additional caregiving hours and Amada helped fill in some of the gaps we could not cover. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been friendly and understanding. One of the caregivers, Kenya, has become a friend to my mom, who describes her as a “wonderful person.” In addition to keeping my mom company, Kenya ensures she does her physical therapy exercises, prepares “great meals” and helps with some light housekeeping. Though my mom was initially anxious about having another new person in the house, Kenya quickly put her at ease. She is a wonderful companion. Nelly, one of the schedulers, has been wonderful to deal with as we navigate changing needs. She is a good listener, compassionate and caring. I’m very thankful for the staff at Amada and the care they’ve provided for my mom.

Francine from Amada has been helping my mom for months. My mom’s memory isn’t the greatest, but she always remember Francine when she comes over. She is kind, wonderful at her job and so easy to work with. I highly recommend Amada and especially Francine.

Our Amada caregiver is simply lovely. Rachelle is friendly, patient, always on time and very supportive of my 91 and 92 year old parents. Amada did a great job of matching us with a caregiver who is truly a gem.
