Sent a caregiver with “16 years of experience” per the bio that could not open a key box in 90.minutrs.

Amada Senior Care has provided excellent support for my mother over the years. Jenny and her staff always go the extra mile to meet all her needs and provide outstanding professional care. There assistance with my mother has helped maintain her independence and quality of life at home. The caregivers have been reliable, compassionate, patient and kind. Worst experience ever, they came to the house for assessment and start making fun of my father that he cannot afford Homecare . Such a shame- of your Manegement behaves like this I can only imagine how the caregivers are . Don’t wants your money . Very unprofessional all they want is to sign that contract

They cover all the bases when it comes to finding care for your loved ones. They really listen to your needs & wants and come up with solutions you didn’t even know you needed. As a part time caregiver, I’m very impressed with the level of training, communication & technology. They really think of the caregiver & the daily challenges in learning, reporting & even self-motivating! You feel like a part of a mission instead of an employee. I had very effective care from a skilled medical assistant from Amada after a hospital stay and some need for help. Amada has a skilled strategic plan in sharing information, administrative management and well trained care givers.
I know where to get care if I need it again.

They have been absolutely wonderful to work with. My mother has received great 24-hr home care from them (and she admits it) and they have been great in maintaining communications with both the care takers and their supervisor. I highly recommend them.

Rachel from Amada Senior Care was a godsend! We were looking for the right senior living facility for our Mom and she helped and supported us every step of the way. She shared all her research on all the locations and made all our appointments. She toured with me for each and every one and helped take photos or notes so I could keep track of them all. We found a perfect place for our Mom and we couldn’t have done it without Rachel. Well, we could have…but it would have been overwhelming and stressful. Rachael was amazing, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. She spent a lot of time looking into different senior living places for my mom who was recovering from a broken bone. She kept in constant contact with us and even checked on our family periodically to make sure all of our needs were met. I would highly recommend using her services and if needed, i would reach out to her again. Thank you tor making this a smooth transition for my mom and our family. We are forever grateful!

Jennifer Novy and the staff at Amada Senior Care provided great daily care for my mother and enabled her to remain in her Independent Living residence with a little extra care. Amada gave me the peace of mind knowing that someone was checking on my mother and her residence daily and ready to advise me of any potential problems. Her primary caregiver, Beverly, was so wonderful in attending both the physical and emotional needs of my mother. Without Amada, our family would have needed to move my mother into a more expensive and smaller Assisted Living residence. I highly recommend Amada for your Senior Care needs!

Amada Senior Care has been working with my mother for several months now. They help her with her medications and make sure she has everything she needs in her daily life. Suhad and Amada were wonderful to work with. I needed help with a family member and found Amada to be caring and empathetic when I called with questions about services they offered. Amada has been truly a gift for our family as we dealt with a few medical issues, one right after another. They were ready as soon as we contacted them. As the needs changed, they were able to pivot just as quickly. It has taken a tremendous amount for stress away from our family. More importantly, our mom thrived under the care. The caregivers were excellent at meeting her needs while motivating her to recover!

For the past week the wonderful healthcare workers from Amada Senior Care Northshore provided care to my wife who was recovering from hip surgery. We found each and every person who cared for my wife to be considerate, caring and compassionate. By having Amada for the first week post-op it allowed my to get a good night’s sleep each night and have the flexibility to run short errands while she was recovering. We highly recommend these wonderful caregivers and if the need arises again would gladly have them back.

I cannot tell you how pleased we are with the professional care we are currently receiving from Amada. Our caregivers are so well-trained and compassionate. They truly have our family member’s best interest in mind on a daily basis. They are very attentive, communicative, and follow the care plan. They are trained to de-escalate difficult situations, think creatively when the situation arises, and entertain our family member. They are always on time. We really appreciate the daily notes they write so we really get a feel for our family member’s day. Amada is very responsive both by email and by phone. We have had to call their 24 hour line a few times. Each time we reached someone promptly and they handled our situation professionally. I have recommended Amada to many of my friends.
