Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care for seniors and clients in need of assistance. Caregivers help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes while delivering companionship and support with daily activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
- Assist with errands, transportation, and appointments
- Observe and report changes in client condition or environment
- Maintain accurate care notes and communication with supervisors
- Follow individualized care plans and company policies
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred
- Compassionate, professional, and reliable
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and staff
- Willingness to complete orientation and ongoing training
- Ability to recognize and respond appropriately in emergency situations
